As someone not fond of staying in a hostel I enjoyed my stay here. The bed and sleep area was big, the powder room was good. And the breakfast was really balanced and delicious to start a day of travel. Definitely recommended

The owner was lovely always ready to help and making a really delicious breakfast honestly my favourite during my entire trip! The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bathroom facilities were very well stocked, clean and spacious, there was one shower and one toilet on the first floor and one on the ground floor. The location is really convenient close to the station but in a really peaceful area I honestly couldn’t recommend this hostel enough!

I didn't have any problem with that, but only one shower room is there. Looks like there's a public bath near from the hostel. There were three toilets.

The location is close to the railway station. The owner is gentle and peaceful. Clean and organized place. AC worked well. Good breakfast in a cute cafe. Big powder room. There's a common area. The hostel is also a hamburger restaurant and bar.

I enjoyed the coziness of the hostel. The owner was super sweet despite not being able to talk. The beds were super comfy! And the shower was super nice and stocked with soap to use.

There seemed to be a problem with the wifi situation during my stay (2 nights) which resulted in very unstable connection. I ended up using free wifi at the train station in the evening to save hassle from keep on trying to re-connect to the hostel wifi. The owner was aware of the problem (seems like other guests also asked) but wasn't able to fix it.

Owner (or the only staff who looked like the owner LOL) has no voice but tries his best to communicate with foreign travelers. Breakfast (American style, home made on spot) is good. The second floor (guest room and powder room) is basically carpeted and seems quite clean so walking around on socks (or bearfoot) without slippers is do-able. The "powder room" (shower/toilet/makeup etc. area) is very spacious. The train station (Kintetsu side) and local supermarket are both within very friendly walking distance, but if you want to stay in an area with more restaurants or stores, the JR side of the train station might be a better option. I stayed for 2 nights and besides going to Ise-jingu here at Ise city, also traveled back and forth the peninsula to other tourist spots (Kashikojima/Shima/Toba). This is a good place if you are traveling through southern Mie prefecture on a train pass and decide to allocate less budget on accommodation.

The beds weren't as comfortable with the sheets and pillow being very thin. Also there was a resident who snored all night during our first stay and we didn't have anything to block the noise but I suppose this is expected when you sign up for a guesthouse so can't complain much.

My entire stay was made by the owner who was absolutely adorable and as an English foreigner, he tried his best to communicate with us. Also as breakfast was included with the price, the owner asked and catered to my dietary requirement as a vegetarian which I couldn't be grateful for and the breakfast was really amazing. Overall the environment was really welcoming, the facilities were very clean and it was in a great location - only 3 mins away from Iseshi train station!!

Perfect location 3 minutes walking from station. I met nice people there and had a very good sleep at night. The building, the music and the owner are heartwarming. He didn't speak English fluently but he's really kind and helpful. He even provide free rental for bicycles! Recommend to ride a bike around the Ise shrine! Oh and the breakfast is freshly cooked by the owner, just perfect

The best guest house I’ve ever stayed in!! (Actually this was my first time lol). I went to visit Ise with two Japanese friends. And we planned to stay only one night! we all hope it could be longer!! The room was very clean and the bedding was very soft and comfortable!! There is a bar& restaurant space downstairs, and people can have drinks and dishes there. We really spent a wonderful night there!! I got very emotional!! I would like to recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Ise !!The owner is a very very nice, warm-hearted and considerable man! He can make very delicious food and cocktails! (especially China blue! He even taught us to make cocktails!) . One of the regulars who sit beside us shared two bottles of nice white wine with us! ! What a gentle and generous man!!We had a very very fun talk with the regulars and the owner, like we’ve been friends for long time. It really was a awesome night!! I will never forget it and I will definitely visit there again!!!
