With about 2 or 3 floors dedicated for bedrooms, men and women should have a separate floor

Common areas are clean and complete in a sense basic needs are available. Having a laundry area stands out. I thought I wouldn't be using it but it was a big advantage given the circumstances I encountered in my stay.

The toilets were a bit small and cramped, but not a big problem. Also it can get a bit hot in the capsules, but it was never overwhelming.

Good location. Very clean. I liked the café on the first floor. Kitchen is also well equipped, clean, and looks really recent. The capsules are relatively large, so you have room to leave your bag, clothes, etc. It's like a mini room.

Almost nothing... just one minor feedback, it will be super great to have extra holder for the stair in the bunk bed for easier climbing up to the top bunk bed.

Location very near to central and major stations, yet still peaceful and not noisy/ crowded. Bunk bed size is bigger than average hostel bunkbed size. Toilet located inside the dorm, very convenient as we do not need to go outside the dorm for the toilet

There's not a real hostel or social vibe but it wasn't a major issue

Great modern capsule style hostel. Bar and cafe downstairs is good too. Clean and very comfortable. Laundry facilities. Special mention to Airi on reception who helped me plan a day trip to Jozankei (onset town) when I had no clue what to do!

Common space was available, but during my stay there was not much activity/socialising going on.

The stairs to the upper berth are quite narrow. Got to be careful not to trip and fall.

Lots of space in the capsule.. can easily keep and pack small suitcases inside the capsule bed. The common areas are clean and have separate showers for women. They also have all toiletries, free towel. The location is best quite close to Oodori station and Tanukuji shopping street

The shower room and lounge are located on different floors, and you'll need your room card to access different floor, which can be a bit of a hassle if you just want to shower and make sure you need to carry your room card AND make sure you don't lose it!

It was a great value for such a price and a complete facility for a hostel. The staffs are also very helpful, although unsure how much English they speak... But my broken Japanese suffice at the time of checking in.

Hard to communicate with staff. The rooms have 30+ people with no ventilation, ensuring the smell of sweat. They do not publish how many are in the room.

Location is pretty central and offered easy access to events and train station.

I wish there were more cleaning throughout the day. The facilities and common areas were clean once throughout the day and would become less clean towards the early evening.

It was extremely close to the train station, city center, and Sapporo snow festival grounds. It had all amenities and easy access for all amenities. I also had a great setting for socializing with the ability to also relax and unwind on other floors

The place of the hotel was perfect, the lobby was open 24/7 so everyone could come in with any plans of the day/night.

There was no locker space for your big items, you just put it under your bed so if you are in a top bunk that might not be very convenient. There was no counter top space to put your toiletries on in the washroom area of the bedroom floor and the shower room is on a different level to the bedroom. Also the light in the capsule is a bit dim.

The location was excellent, 5 min walk away from Susukino, a bus stop for the airport shuttle and the subway. This was the second time I stayed at the hostel. I left a personal belonging there and they kindly sent it back to me without charge. I would recommend this place and I would go back again.

The location was excellent and it was very affordable and the capsule was very spacious, I could keep my medium sized suitcase in the capsule (a large suitcase would've fit too) and the hostel is connected to a nice cafe.
