I didn't realise it was a front desk free hotel. Although they had people who could come out to assist, I wanted easier access to speak to a person. Turns out we needed to make phone calls to domestic numbers but we couldn't do one from this hotel.

The rooms were spacious. Location was great too

Pillows

Great place to stay and everything was easy. There’s a family mart below us which was great. Beds were hard and pillow traditional but hard to sleep with.

The self-check-in didn't work because my name was misspelled so someone had to come and redo it. Not an issue but just annoying when you're tired and just want to put your things in the room. We ordered breakfast on the first day and it was ok but Indian food in the morning was not for me. The smoking room by the elevators spread smoke smell everywhere.

Great location near two metro stops and within walking distance to everything in Asakusa. A Family Mart in the building was super useful for quick meals. We had a twin room with extra bed and a superior twin, and they were both ideal for our needs, very practical. Staff was nice when we contacted them. The shared area was nice when we wanted to have kombini dinner.

It was a little bit weird there was no actual staff to great you, but it was fine :)

It was a great location to stay. The room was very good and the rooftop had a great view! It was easy to check in and out, and fun! The breakfast was also good.

The room was modern and clean, the beds were comfortable and wide enough for each adult to co-sleep with one small child. It was very quiet during the night. The dinosaur receptionist was our 3-year old's favourite, we had to go greet it every time while entering or exiting the hotel. Location was really good.

We had an interconnecting room which made our rooms feel more spacious. It was very clean and our room was serviced everyday. This hotel had more services than the hotel we stayed at the previous nights and which was much more expensive. Good location and very helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Asakusa.

Blankets were too warm. Once it gets warm/hot outside it is very hot under the blanket, even though AC is on. Otherwise everything else was excellent.

Location is amazing, staff is very helpful. Rooms clean and neat. There is a small supermarket on the ground floor, together with the money exchange machine. Breakfast is good!

The beds where a bit hard The pillows were not high/full enough resulting in needing to add clothes underneath it to add volume.

Easy check-in and check-out. Easy luggage storage (before checking-in) Good location with two subway stations nearby and a kombini on the first floor. Large room (for Tokyo standards) with space for opening hand luggage and a large TV.

Poor breakfast, they try to combine intercontinental buffet with traditional options but the outcome is not the best. The back side of the toilet was not properly cleaned (they took care of it after leaving them a note). Very unstable bed, really shaking if you move.

Closely located to metro, multiple convenience stores around (one right next to the hotel), easy contactless check in, free amenities.

The pillows were of low quality-hard and lumpy. Had to ask for extra towels to even out. They had no extra pillows.

The location was fantastic being close to 3 stations. We also appreciated that there was enough space to spread out our luggages w/o feeling claustrophobic. Also a convenient store on the 1st level!

The location was great for getting around Tokyo. So many different subway station options. The property was also really lovely and modern. The family room was perfect for us and was really comfortable and a lot bigger than I was expecting.

The check-in process was a bit stressful, although the avatars are supposed to look cool, I had a had time understanding them and it just felt confusing

The location is great, and having a family mart just under the hotel was really convenient, the room felt big in tokyo standards, and was clean and very comfortable.
