The hotel seems brand new, the rooms were spacious, the lobby has a great coffee place, the breakfast was great, the gym very nice as well! Location is walking distance from the peace memorial park/museum as well as the market. The service was also impeccable. Highly recommend it!

Exceptional hotel. Great location. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Good buffet at breakfast and dinner. Nice bar with Soul singer. Very comfortable room. Much better value than the ryokans we stayed in (which had shared facilities, which is unacceptable in this century!) Just book The Hilton! You won't be disappointed.

Awesome facilities! Lap pool, sauna (both unisex and a girls-only one), jacuzzi, cold plunge bath, free lockers and awesome amenities in the locker rooms Block out blinds were fab! Comfy bed The hotel were very attentive, check in with you via text after checking in and they were able to provide firmer pillows upon request. Great value for money!

United KingdomThe main reason it did not score a 10 is because there was not enough staff in the bar. We waited ages to be served and in the end cancelled our drinks order and went and ordered room service! The staff were doing their best but the lack of staff gave a very poor customer experience.
This was a good hotel the location was good for the sights and the facilities and room were great.

Hilton Hiroshima is the pinnacle of affordable luxury . I stayed only 2 nights and honestly I felt I should have stayed longer. The room was spacious, clean, with all necessities. The toilet is something from another level, I have never seen something like that. Also, the room is modern and we had a fabulous high floor view over the city. The location is fantastic. Close to many attractions, walking distance, gardens and restaurants. Special thanks to Yoriko from the front desk. She is the kind of person you want to have attending you. Amazing attitude, attention to detail and helpful. One of the best people, if not the best that I met in the service industry. Also the pool and spa area are amazing. You have to try them!
