Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything is good. Snacks and juices at lobby, free laundry, nice onsen, free kids amenities, free parking, nice interior design, new hotel, price is good and whole building is warm.

Hong KongThe shuttle bus frequency could be increased and more flexible. We had a late afternoon train but had to take the 12 noon shuttle to JR station. If we could leave around 1pm instead that would be great.
Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Muscat juice and wine tasting are very nice. The lounge has a very relax home feeling with free flow of coffee/espresso all day is a great gesture. The onsen is nice too and not crowded during our stay.

Loved everything - location, views, walk to the gondola (or free hotel shuttle). Fantastic large room (Hollywood room). Highly recommend including breakfast buffet if not booking a room with a kitchen. Wine tasting was an awesome highlight at the end of the ski day!

AustraliaIt was actually a taxi ride into Furano proper (esp. during winter), but on a public holiday when the in-house restaurant was closed, the hotel ran a free shuttle bus in to town to make up for it. We had a lovely dinner.
The shuttle was convenient but almost not needed it was so close to the ski resort. Brilliant location and we had a great visit. The breakfast buffet was delicious.
