Amazing one and only wine tasting experience ever we had in a hotel … memorable stay with clean and comfortable facilities. Good customer service from staff. Will definitely be back if we came back next time.

The carpark is 50m up the road. Quite confusing when we got there, and inconvenient during our stay.

Parking lot is about 4min walk to the hotel, onsen is kinda small, water tap was a little difficult to adjust to the desired temperature as I almost burnt my hands.

Everything is good. Snacks and juices at lobby, free laundry, nice onsen, free kids amenities, free parking, nice interior design, new hotel, price is good and whole building is warm.

Had free wine tasting at 4p.m. Room is really beautiful. A car is prepared to transfer to Furano station on checkout day.

A bit of a walk uphill to the lifts. Dinner menu was very ordinary (a change from last year). Onsen was not special.

Very comfortable hotel combining western and Japanese style facilities. Superb breakfast. Very helpful staff with good English spoken when necessary. Rooms are large and well appointed.

The shuttle bus frequency could be increased and more flexible. We had a late afternoon train but had to take the 12 noon shuttle to JR station. If we could leave around 1pm instead that would be great.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Muscat juice and wine tasting are very nice. The lounge has a very relax home feeling with free flow of coffee/espresso all day is a great gesture. The onsen is nice too and not crowded during our stay.

Lovely room, wonderful breakfast and dinner, and exceptional service from staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The staff were also very helpful when we checked out and forgot some belongings. The hotel was close to the ski terminal and had free shuttle services in the morning.

This is an very nice and new hotel just a short walk down the hill from the resort. I've stayed here 3 or 4 times now and it's always very nice.

Lovely helpful staff, great breakfast, lovely to have hot bath onsen after skiing. Great night wear too. The only aspect that could make it better is a real espresso machine with barista coffee.

The restaurant was closed for dinner once / maybe twice a week but it made us venture out and find some neat places with good food! Best to research and plan / know where to go and not be walking around in below zero temps trying to find a place to eat!

Loved everything - location, views, walk to the gondola (or free hotel shuttle). Fantastic large room (Hollywood room). Highly recommend including breakfast buffet if not booking a room with a kitchen. Wine tasting was an awesome highlight at the end of the ski day!

The location was amazing, easily walking distance to the gondola but it was luxurious having the shuttle service! The room was very large compared to other stays in Japan, hot shower in the room and hot hotel onsen. The restaurant dinner menu was delicious.

It was actually a taxi ride into Furano proper (esp. during winter), but on a public holiday when the in-house restaurant was closed, the hotel ran a free shuttle bus in to town to make up for it. We had a lovely dinner.

The shuttle was convenient but almost not needed it was so close to the ski resort. Brilliant location and we had a great visit. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Location is a little far from station, but they do provide shuttles. The shuttles are limited nonetheless.

This was one of the most exceptional stay we had in Japan. The staff were attentive and accommodating.
