Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It is convenient if you have an early flight to catch. The hotel is near to the terminals and the shuttle bus, to and from hotel to airport, is most helpful. Staff was helpful and the hotel was comfortable and clean event hough a bit old. The room size is big but for an overnight stay, it's OK even if it's smaller. Do make use of the shuttles as it helps with the luggage.

Free Shuttle Service to the hotel <-> airport. Nice hotel stuff who helps unprompted. Mini market at the hotel to buy snacks.

United StatesI didn't like the fridge, which was making a humming noise. But it was possible to switch it off so that was a relief.
I was able to walk from the airport (with my suitcase in tow) to the hotel. It wasn't too far, and the footpath access was good even with suitcases. The night before, the staff at the lobby told us about the shuttle buses which go directly to the airport Terminals. They even gave us a timetable, which was great.

New ZealandBathrooms are still outdated; having an over-the-bath shower and curtain is pretty grim. Could have done with more hangers - 4 for 2 people staying 4 nights is not enough No fold-out luggage rack in the renovated rooms - not sure why as they are still needed....
2nd stay was so much better - renovated rooms are fabulous! Beautifully done. Grew to love the heated toilet seat.

Conveniently close to airport, had nice convenience store on first floor, staff spoke great English. Easy check in and check out and free shuttle bus to and from airport.
