Out of the three showers I took I was only able to get hot water for 2 mins. Twice the water was completely cold.

Great and helpful staff, very relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Would stay again, even though the location is not that close to the center.

There was only one washing machine+dryer but to be fair a launderette isn’t far.

I like the staff who worked in reception. She was very nice. The last time I stayed here, the slippers were disposable and flimsy, but this time they had been replaced by non-disposable ones.

The bar wasnt staffed? Couldnt figure that out. Luckily there is a family mart around the corner so we just made a few trips down there and drank some beers in the bar area.

Front staff were very friendly and gave me great recommendations for local things to do. I met some fellow travellers in the bar and we all had a few drinks and had a fun night.

No space to cook, just a bar with a few things such as hot water at the guests disposal. No utensils or microwave. Common areas weren't really suited to socialising outside of people who came for the bar (not sure if they were guests or not).

The capsules were super private and comfortable! There wasn't really a kitchen though... no utensils or microwave.

It is not at all practical have to walk across the street to access the lounge area or to ask for something at reception. Toilettes need a real cleaned, as the upper bathroom had a strong smell of urine the 3 nights I was there. Despite these observations, I highly recommend the place.

If you are taller than 165cm you will struggle to move around the building, all doors are very low (bathroom, shower, dormitory entrance, wc, i mean really everywhere) so you keep bumping your skull everywhere.

The staff is friendly and speak english. The location was quite good and the beds confortable.

I think the property is clean and easily accessible from Hakata station by train. The small room is clean, comfortable and cozy. There are bathrooms and also toilets available in my floor, and they are clean too.

Location is halfway between ferry and train station- we did walk from the ferry to the hotel on arrival. We took a taxi to the train station .... You could walk both directions but it does take awhile.

Wonderful to have someone to greet you when you arrive, give you recommendations for dinner and call you a taxi when needed. Also, we loved having a bar in the hotel. Rooms have everything that you need with very comfortable beds. Great stay at a great price...
