The only thing we did not like about the place was that the room was super tiny. It was not possible for two people move in the room. One person either had to stand on the door side or be in the bed.

Maybe add some shelves on the wall of the private rooms? Charge a bit more per night and supply free towels and tea bags&mugs for that money. This is of course a personal preference 🙂 Not really a hostel where you meet people

The location is fantastic! The hotel is in the large shopping street which consists of 7 parts, the hotel is in part 5. Everything you need is nearby: restaurants, daiso etc. Subway 5 min walk. Susukino 2 min walk. 1 subwaystop from JR Sapporo. Waterpressure was great! Clean common room. Staff very friendly Stayed in a one person room (shared bathroom) . Heads up: these are small so if this is not for you, choose a different hotel. Personal tip: I booked a shared ride from the airport and after 24 hours of traveling this was amazing! There were no other guests so I got a private ride.

There isn't a proper kitchen, it's a sink and microwave. The beds are extremely firm and pillows very flat so the sleep wasn't comfortable but we were only there a few nights

- I was in need of accommodation during the Ice Festival at a few days' notice. Prices were loopy as a consequence. £89 for a capsule hotel was too much but I had little other option - Lights not turned off all night - made it harder to sleep

- I was going to stay here a second time but cancelled as my flight to Sapporo from Tokyo was unable to take off. The hotel refunded me despite being able to keep my money under booking.com's rules - thank you - The location is superb: it's a little fiddly to find but it's in the covered shopping street not far from Susukino etc which it very useful -Reasonably spacious capsules

- Drinkable water and equipped hairdryer in the room - Well-designed shower rooms, where they separate the dry/wet areas, both with enough spaces - Walking distance to main public transportation and various shopping places. Check the street view on Google Map if you feel like getting a better picture of its exact location.

The rooms are extremely small and the hostel itself is VERY expensive for that price. and they do not even give you a towel :( I understand it's a peak season but in general, the common space could be more comfortable. No hand soap in the rooms, even though there is a sink. We stayed for 5 days, and I wish our room was cleaned at least once.

On the bunk beds, the switch for the electricity was right at the top of the ladder, so the switch was flipped against my will when my body touched it.

There were some desks and sofa where we can study and work. Facilities were clean. Free wifi, washing machine (100JPY) with free detergent

Cabin was still a bit dirty with hair and eye lashes which were not mine all over it. Had to make my own bed. I kept accidentally locking myself out of the cabin room. One of the toilets in our floor was out of service the whole stay so I'd occasionally needed to go to a different floor to use their toilet. Also, was not sure when lights out would occur, it seemed the lights in the dormitory were on the whole night so a bit of light would work through the curtains as I slept.

We booked a double room, the room space is quite limited and my room is just back of to the lift. You can hear the lift's moto noise, it is quite annoying

Good location at the famous street, got a lot of good food there. The hotel is quiet easy to access. All staff is friendly

Rooms are a bit compact but overall great.

Staffs are friendly, great location and wonderful services. The hotel is in the middle of a shopping street and many destinations are accessible by walk. Close to bus, tram and train station, shopping malls, restaurants, Odori park etc. Very lively location. And the price is pretty reasonable too.

The location was Fantastic being right in the centre of the food & shopping arcade. The room was basic, had all that you need and clean. It was a close 10 min stroll to the subway. Very pleased.
