The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! I would stay there again just to eat in the restaurant and have drinks at the beautiful bar again.

Centrally located, love the beautifully decorated ‘club’ floor with complimentary drinks. It felt very luxurious sitting there at night looking out over the lights of the city. The room was huge, well appointed and very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful when contacted them a few days later because we had accidentally left a jacket in the wardrobe.

Rooms decor don’t match the vibe of the lobby and photos.

The lobby, restaurants, lounge and public areas are very current modern and updated. The rooms were not.

Great guest lounge with free drinks from 8 to 11 with great view of the city. Right next to train station. Also loved how the bathroom mirror automatically de-fogged. Room was large and comfortable

Just chose this hotel as a convenient stop, and was pleasantly surprised with the ambiance and community! Was a very reasonably priced hotel, but gave off 5 star vibes upon entry. There was a restaurant with a bar open very late, and a lounge area a few floors up that offered free non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks while you enjoy views of the skyline, chat, or read. People were very friendly although we're clearly foreigners! I'm very thankful for such a nice surprise experience!

Went for a wedding, hotel is exceptional. Staff were very supportive and we successfully worked through language barriers. Western style breakfast was stellar, city views from the restaurant are spectacular. Rooms were beautiful. Toyohashi is a lovely, sleepy town, lots of gem restaurants/bars/coffee shops at to within a 15-20 minute walk. Did not have time for hotel amenities.

good location. strategis really near the toyohashi station. so many food stall. starbuck next hotel. so many way to go in the hotel so it made you easy to get in. i didnt expect to get pajamas...so you dont need to bring sleepware. the smell of the soa its nice.

Location really near the station....so many way to het in the hotel.. no need worried about the meal incl breakfast...so many stall in the morning. Starbuck next hotel. Surprise they provide sleep wear. One think so impressed me is when i leave my luggage cause i back again in the next day. They already put my luggage in the room when i came again so i didnt need to bring my luggage by my self....cause im very tired after my trip. Thats really helpfull. I will came back again if im coming again to toyohashi.
