Room was well equipped and big enough for a family of 5. Area was convenient for public transportation and had lots of restaurants. Staff was helpful in arranging taxis and answering questions.

Free sento (public bath) with hot, jacuzzi, and ice bath + a sauna room. Front desk was very helpful as they helped book a taxi for us in an early morning. Very close to JR station with a connecting bridge. Room also quite spacious and very quiet at the nighttime

More coin laundry or options to book a washing machine would have been nice. Other than that, nothing else I can fault the hotel for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The communal bath was great, I enjoyed the hot spa, sauna and amenities. There are coin laundry and a great variety of vending machines to choose from. The staff were very helpful and polite, and the space in the lobby was spacious and welcoming. There are also restaurants and shops in the second and first floor. What a great hotel! Seven eleven is also close by!

The room was great, very clean and spacious. We had a good view of the city with the large windows. Lots of charging plugs and ports. It was the best accommodation we stayed on our trip to Japan (out of 5 hotels). Everything was tidy and we ended up paying for breakfast on our last day, I wished we got it every day cause it was so good!

Love everything about this hotel. It is so convient that the hotel is linked to the JR station. It was also super nice that we can go to the public bath after a long day of sight seeing.

Nothing? Absolutely best value within the class of hotel you can get in Kyoto.

Location: Linked bridge to JR station from level 2. Also next to the morning fish market. Easy excess to Kyoto via direct bus at door step. Facilities: Modern & well kept decoration. Love everything about it, especially the Onsen. Breakfast: One of the best we've had in Japan. Huge variety. Even the choices of tea have over 10 types. Incredible! Room: we've got the 4 beds room. One for each. Everyone is well rested.

Not many low mid range places to eat for a family in area. Only 4 washing machines for a large hotel.

Very comfortable facilities for a family. Spa was enjoyable to soak in after a big day.

No gym but there is a nice park across the road which was good for jogging.

Pleasant decor, clean & tidy. We were given a voucher to use in the restaurants which made the meals inexpensive. Great places to eat near by & a 7/11 next door. We found a great little bakery nearby that was great for breakfast. Enjoyed the Onsen as well.

8 hangers may not be enough for family of 4 especially during winter period.

Good nearby Restaurants, Clean Public Bath, Washing Machines (provide detergent) and Dryer, very near JR Station and 1 stop away from Kyoto Station. Nearby has more Restaurants and a 7-11.

Fantastic room, the four single beds were perfect. Great proximity to the train station, which was a central line and handy for sightseeing. The area was good, with a few nice restaurants close by.
