Well-positioned hotel with plenty to offer

curtain doesn't block the light well

Booking didn't include breakfast. Likes: 1. just a few minutes walk to the east of the station 2. good eateries for breakfast (Most) and dinner (成巧寿司 - fabulous) close by 3. hotel fairly new 4. nice touch with Bach being played all day - organ in the morning at lobby (7th floor), flute/piano in the afternoon 5. free coffee/juice and snacks pretty much throughout the day 6. 7-11 downstairs 7. less congested and low noise level being on the east side of the station, although most of the city's action is on the west side

    - Nice and clean room. - Great location. We can get to/back from Sendai station easily. - Free snack at the lounges is a plus. - There's also public bath - but we regrettably didn't have time to use it.

The smell at the entrance was very strong and not very pleasant to us.

Close to convenient stores. Clean rooms with necessities. Evening drink bar and snack noodles. Piano performance.

    Everything was good.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station & there's a very convenient ground floor 7-11. The check-in was smooth, our luggage was placed in the room by the staff, staff which was very friendly and helpful. They have free coffee, juice & snacks, and a covered onsen. The room was spotless clean, with a big comfy bed, and a small table with 2 chairs for taking in the urban view from the huge window. We ended up staying one more night because the city and the hotel both exceeded our expectations and wanted to spend more time there. All in all, a great choice for staying when in Sendai.

5 minute walk away from the Shinkansen and the Subway and JR lines that take you to all the points of interest in and around Sendai. Staff was extremely helpful. The atmosphere was also amazing, especially because of the frequent live performances of classical music in the lobby.

There are only two elevators for 16 stories, and maybe you need to wait a moment during rush hours. Besides, the hotel is located on the east side of Sendai station, and it takes time to walk through the station to the shopping area (west side).

It's a new property, and there is also a high-floor city view. I want to recommend the public bath, too!

Only 2 elevators to hotel, so wait times are a little long.

Beautiful hotel located a 5 minute walk away from Sendai station so it's in a very convenient location for shopping and traveling to other places. Connected to a 7/eleven, so if you need anything, it's close by. The lobby has a nice seating arrangement and panoramic view of the city. The hotel is all about Bach and music, so there is a musician playing the organ in the lobby in the morning to accompany your breakfast. Room was spacious according to Japanese standards. Good air circulation in the room and great surround sound speaking installed in the room so that any music you play is projected well. Has a public bath on the top floors, so convenient if you are many people sharing the room because then everyone can bathe at the same time. Offers free drinks, snacks and a light meal depending on the time of day.

The water in the shower was drying, my skin was unusually dry afterwards. Be careful if you have very sensitive skin, could make you break out.

I love almost everything about the hotel unfortunately the bed was too soft for my back.

The live piano and complimentary snacks and drinks are a real treat. If you use senseki line then the exit is nearby. However the breakfast was nothing special at ¥2,400. Have tried both Japanese and western. The coin laundry was old type with separate dryer. The public bath is good and was cleaned when asked for.

Elevators are a little slow, when you go up you have to stop at the 7th floor (the lobby).

The breakfast is amazing. Definitely try their Tohoku specialty breakfast. Must book breakfast in advance, sometimes it gets fully booked. There's also free drinks and snack bars that runs from the afternoon to late evening. Rooms are quite spacious for Japan. Close to the station, and there's a 7-11 on the first floor.
