Beautiful modern property in a good location. Six minutes walk to the train station and 10-15 minutes walk to Tenjin. Breakfast needs to be ordered the day prior. There were many restaurant options around the hotel the staff were all helpful.

This is something I knew going in so I HAD NO ISSUE HERE, but this is hotel where they dont do the daily things unless you specifically ask them to. IF you like the idea of conservation then this place is for you! If you are expecting to waited on day and night and all that, this i not the place... when they are here , they were great

This was by far the best location of all my stays throughout all of Japan. Right next door and in the middle of sooooo many amazing food places, I wish I had taken some days from my stay in Tokyo and spent more here! Walking distance to anything you could wanna do or see in the city. If you dont want to walk there, then it is close to a few different local lines and about 10min away from the JR line. The staff was beyond friendly wand welcoming. That Tea was perfect. The room itself was larger than I could have expected and the bathroom was a great size as well. This place had the best mix of local personality with high end uniformity, of all the places I stayed in this trip.

- Have to confirm your stay and pay ahead of time - Locate slightly away from Nakasukawabata Station (but it's really a <10min walk) - No additional public amenities such as gym or onsen - Hotel uses a radiator heating/cooling system and not your usual air condition unit

- Very secured building with pass access is required 24/7 - Complementary wine/tea upon check in - Extremely spacious, we could open two large luggages at the same time and with room to walk around - Quiet area at night, away from the busy streets - Located close to the Kawabata Shopping Arcade

The bed was initially very hard. The staff changed the mattress, or added a topper. But it was still of a hardness that japanese tastes are accustomed to

Staff were very attentive and the hotel was into sustainability, even the key cards were bamboo. The bird noises in the hallways in the morning were a special treat.

We found the pillows a bit uncomfortable. Also, when we booked, the rate with breakfast was not available, but we saw breakfast being delivered to guests, Maybe something to offer to guests on the spot as on option? Outside eating in hotels, it was very hard to find places for breakfast generally in Japan before 9 or 10 o'clock.

What a pleasant stay - thank you to the kind staff, especially to the very, very helpful young male manager. We enjoyed chatting with him every time we would come back to the hotel. When we asked he prepared and printed very detailed information about the local restaurants for us. We were very impressed with the AC system, which is really amazing - the rare hotel where we had no problem with blowing cold air on our faces while in bed. The room was very spacious and quiet and we appreciated the strong emphasis on the environmental protection (for example, a glass bottle of water in the room). The location is the best, so close to the river, the subway station (Nakasukawabata), the mall and Tenjin. We easily walked from Hakata station to the hotel.

Big, spacious room which is rare in Japan. Amenities were modern and of good quality. Staff were very courteous and make you feel welcomed. There are a lot of food options around the hotel - izakayas, motsunabe, ramen etc., and less busy than Tenjin/Hakata

Only minor comment: Wifi could be improved, but overall was good enough.

This is a bit of a funny thing but the shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the bathroom were a bit annoying to use because of the design you could only get a tiny amount out at a time.

Room was very big and so was the bathroom. The staff were extremely nice and when we first arrived we were treated extremely well! You also get pyjamas which is always a nice extra touch. Same with the free coffee and tea in the room on arrival. Hotel is located close to the station so you can easily access Hakata! Definitely recommend this hotel.

The bed is really really hard, we are used to a very soft bed in Paris this might be why we were surprised and never really get accustomed to it. This is the only flaw for us.

Great little hotel it’s quiet and charming the staff is really nice and helpful, they also have a good level of english. The room is very nice, the color are reassuring and sets you in a confortable mood. There is a bath/shower, and pyjamas.
