Nice hotel, clean room and average breakfast. The food area can be a little small and crowded sometimes for larger amount of tourists at the same time. Good value for money.

We asked to have our rooms cleaned once, but they didn't come to clean it up. No problem though, it was a very minor concern.

Breakfast was so good - especially the fish. The only suggestion I had was maybe to introduce 1 new viand everyday :) But no worries, I really loved everything about my stay. The staff was so helpful, they even helped us find cabs. Really helpful.

Paid for breakfast. Arrived at 7am (opened at 7am) and there was no space to sit. Waited in a line for 10min and left the hotel to get something on the way. If you host tourist groups you need to consider that they are all coming at the same time for breakfast. There are other guests too…..

Felt like the facility kind of fell short. There was no water refill station. We have to pay 500 yen if we want to use the cafe lounge. They only provide basic amenities.

You probably know that most of hotels in Japan are pretty much self service (no staff at reception). However, in Keihan the staff is available to tether your needs. We need a vacuum for our luggage and they were kind enough to lend it to us. Also, do not be surprise if you go to the parking lot and there is no space. Its because their parking lot is automated parking system. Overall, the room is consider spacious and comfortable.

The laundry was both good and bad. Good that the service was there and you can monitor your washing, bad because there were only 3 washing machines available. Also, people don't always collect their laundry when ready, which prevents anyone else from using the machine.

The location was good, and very close to shops and transportation. The room was a bit small though, there was barely any room to open our luggage.

The laundry room only had 3 laundry machines, which were perpetually used. The hotel should really install more laundry machines. There was a TV channel to track check the status the laundry machines - very neat!

The room is right in the centre of Nagoya with lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff were also very friendly and the level of service fits with the (super high) Japanese standard.

Staff were helpful and allowed us to check in early for a fee. Room size was acceptable, but I stubbed my toe a couple of times on a bed leg. Breakfast, which was filling, included Nagoyan cuisine. Would probably stay here again next time we're in Nagoya.

It was good value for money may be because I booked almost 70days before. I am a vegetarian. Compared to other hotels around found more vegetarian items for breakfast. Status of the coin laundry machines are visible on TV screen. So no need to go and wait.

The breakfast was average

Sizeable room and very comfortable, unlike the shoebox rooms you get in other cities like Tokyo and Osaka. About 5 mins walk to Hisayaodori station (with beautiful Sakura in full bloom) on the Sakuradori metro line. Nagoya station is about 7mins away by metro (only 3 stops) and about 5mins by taxi. Nagoya castle is also nearby and can be accessed on the same metro line about 2 stops away from memory.

Breakfast was ok, but not quite as much selection as we had come to expect. The location for us was not as close to the main station as we wanted, but that's our choice because we wanted value for money. We did notice a bit of dust and it could have done with a bit of a hoover under the bed.

The sewage smell coming from the bathroom.

The airport shuttle bus was important to us and they deliver. We knew that the hotel was going to be far from tourist attractions but having the free shuttle to and from the train station helped alot. Room was very spacious and clean.
