The bathroom was odd… and outdated.

Facilities. They go above & beyond. Had everything you need eg tea, hot water, microwave, hotvtub, shampoo, staff very helpful..ask anything they help with a smile. Even the toilet was modern wuth buttons etc

1. Bed and blanket were not white clean. Got lots of room to improve in cleaness. This is a very negative point for me. 2. Room also got rubbish left not properly clean. We found a very obvious water bottle cap left on the floor. And a plastic wrapping on the windows frame behind curtain. 3. Washing machine (comes with dryer function) was not dry enough. Even with a small amount of clothes (as per the washing machine guide mark and chose 1 hour + function) , it could not dry the clothes. Need to add additional 30 min for dryer or I need to choose 2 hours+ function. If I put clothes as per 3kg guide mark and washed, I needed to add additional 30 mins dryer on top of 2 hours+ option. 4. For 4 person room, the beds were big enough but the room layout was very small. We couldn't get 'space' to open up our medium luggage (no space for us). We got two medium luggages. In the end, we needed to move the small table provided in room to front of shower room and put our luggage at the table space (open one at a time). The shower and toile got spacious space but no enough space to open up luggage in room. 5. Not for us, just for other info, this hotel is not wheel chair friendly. There are a few steps to enter the hotel main lobby (can refer to photo). But we cannot complain much since this is not a 3 stars or 4 stars hotel. What we paid what we got.

1. Shower + bath tub and toilet in separate room. It's so nice to have these two in separate. 2. A very big bath tub with jacuzzi function. Spacious toilet. 3. Friendly front desk staff and effortless checkout. 4. They provide daily tower function.

Not quite enough space to layout our 32" suitcases, was a bit like playing Twister stepping in between suitcases.

Convenient location to both Kawasaki and Keikyu-Kawasaki stations. Close to the party zone at night, but no noise could be heard from the room. Fun little jacuzzi tub in the room. Massive TV, they couldn't fit a larger TV on the wall even if they wanted to.

Wish we had stayed longer! - no dislikes

The room was lovely and spacious, nice sized bathroom with spa bath good water pressure and temperature. Each room guest got own key, making it easy as a group to go out and adventure and come back at different times. We had 3 other groups book in here with us at the same time and we all got great rooms.

It is old and not everything worked, lights, ventilation in the bathroom. The bathroom had no heating and was huge making it very cold in winter. They advertised family rooms but the area and some of the features were definitely only intended for adults.

The price was great and the room was big enough for four. The shower had great water pressure. It was an easy walk to shops and the train.

The room was very dusty. I had to ask to clean my room, but it wasn’t clean properly. The rooms were nicely designed, but looks quite old and broken. There was a window, but behind it was a wall. No day light at all!

I saw a bug in my room before I went to bed. I chased it out with a shoehorn.

I got upgraded to the executive suite, which was great. I like soaking in the big tubs there.
