There are no cooking or clothes washing facilities but this wasn't an issue as we were only there for two nights.

Wow! We absolutely loved this accommodation. The room was amazing, big, clean, comfy and an enjoyable place for us to wind down at the end of a busy day. Location to Nara Park is a 5 min walk!

The room is extremely bright in the morning, as there are no real blinds.

Loved the location - so close to the park! The self check-in was good. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. There was a little fridge and some basic dishes too (even though cooking was not allowed). It was nice to have a sofa to relax after walking around Nara all day. The shower and bath was really good too.

The impersonal, automatic access is a bit weird. One would prefer to meet a face (we did by hazard by showing up early and crossing the cleaning lady.)

Excellent location on quiet back street between train station and Nara Park. Easy walking to everything. Staff (via online) were extremely helpful when we asked to stay a third night. Rooms are larger than a hotel and super well laid out and comfortable. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

The hotel is an unstaffed facility. Clear instructions were provided for all equipment, so we experienced no problems. It is not possible to store luggage before check in or after check out. This information is not provided before booking. Actually, there is the option of using the lockers at the nearby Nara Kintetsu station, but this is not mentioned in the mail from the hotel.

The room was excellent, modern and very nicely designed. The location close to the Nara park is superb, and it is only 5-10 minutes walk from Kintetsu Nara station where plenty of restaurants can be found.

The property and the room were very well looked after and had lovely furniture and accessories that made the room cozy and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The amenities were also excellent. Although I never met any of the staff, the information they provided to help me check in and out made it hassle free which is excellent.

The area in the immediate vicinity of the hotel itself doesn't offer much in terms of food or even convenience stores.

A surprising structure, a brand-new small building in an otherwise residential part of Nara. The hotel is unmanned but instructions for check in and out were clear, and contacts are clearly displayed in case of need. The room was spotless, relatively large and quite practical. It sits in a good position, an easy walk to Nara park and its amazing attractions, and not 15 minutes from Naramachi area and its dozens of dining options. In general I highly recommend spending the night in Nara even for a short visit, to enjoy it after the day crowds have left.

Very quiet in the area. Great location - there's parking lot nearby, and it's just 8-10 minutes' walk to get to shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as main stations. Spacious room and comfortable to stay. It's an unmanned facility so it's more like renting a studio apartment.
