Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThe hotel is surrounded of skyscrapers so there are no great views, but still they are not very close. There is not much space for clothing storage (wardrobe)
The hotel is very well located, just close to the business area. It has small but modern and comfortable rooms, the staff is friendly and supportive.

Great stay couldn’t have been happier. Location is perfection, across the street from the metro, 7-11 and Family Mart on either side of the hotel and all the amenities one could want. Nice breakfast spread, lovely bathroom and room, and walking distance to most everything in the area as well. The property was exactly what I had hoped for.

GermanyThis is a very centrally located hotel, a stone's throw away from JR Sakuragicho which means that you are within easy walking distance of Minato Mirai and the harbour area. Chinatown is about 15-20 minutes away on foot. My room was relatively small but very well furnished and very clean, as was the bathroom.

JapanGreat location, friendly staff, stylish room and bathroom! I was traveling with my partner who is from Australia, Room was quite small for two people but would definitely enough for one person. Everything was modern, the bathroom was quite spacious for the room. No daily room service which we didn’t mind at all and they provide new towels everyday, amenities(locations, toothbrush, teas, bath powder etc) are also provided at the reception area. I would definitely stay again.

United KingdomThe room was acceptably clean but not spotless, the carpet has mysterious stains. The ventilation in our room was not working properly. The lighting in the room was very poorly designed, very disorientating switches, and the room was constantly dim even when all the lights were turned on. The laundry facilities can be improved, there are only two sets in the hotel laundromat. Although not expensive, the washing machine is vintagy, always in use, and does not have mode choices so if you have delicate garments, please avoid using it. The dryer was not effective at all, needs at least two cycles to properly dry some t-shirts.
Amazing location, very close to two major stations in Yokohama. There are many great Italian restaurants close by. It is a fantastic choice if you are traveling with a budget. The room size is nice.
