There's no available parking space in the hotel.

The lobby of the hotel is welcoming and cozy, the room is with complete amenities, there is also a turntable that gives nostalgic feeling it is comfortable although it is quite small but this is Japan. It is located in quiet neighborhood train station and bus stop is about 3 to 5 mins walk and one stop from Kyoto Station. You can also walk from/to Kyoto Station that will take about 10-15 mins walk. Lawson is just 3 mins away. There's also free snack and a scoop of ice cream everyday that is available in the lobby where you can socialize with your fellow travelers.

Staff were excellent and the room was great also, the breakfast was unmatched compared to anything I had before plenty of variety and loads of tastes. 10/10. Location 10/10 very to close to Kyoto station and many other amenities

Pillows could have been larger or two would be better per person. It is a bit of a walk to the main tourist sites but we were able to get Ubers and walk and explore so not a big issue for us.

Really chilled vibe. Loved the lounge area for relaxing, great breakfast, free drinks and ice cream in the evening. Loved choosing a different record every day to play in our room. Comfortable bed. Air con was powerful. Great toiletries. Really friendly staff. Delicious breakfast, I loved the soup!

Quiet little hotel 10 minute walk from Kyoto station – if you want to walk to tourist spots it's probably about 30-45 minutes from the hotel, but the public transport is very convenient. Free daily ice cream was a lovely touch, as were the nice selection of bath products (I ended up buying some of their signature shower gel!) We arrived at 11am and couldn't go to our room until 3pm (which was expected) but they did check us in and take our luggage, which they delivered to our room before we arrived back in the afternoon. Friendly staff and a lovely boutique vibe.

The room was quite small, which made it less comfortable to stay for many nights with big suitcases. The location, while close to the station, was far away from the main areas of Gion. Since the public transit ends around 11 PM, we had to walk almost an hour back to the hotel when we wanted to be out late.

We really enjoyed playing the records in our room! Having a mini fridge was very useful. The lobby was relaxing and pleasant. The bathroom was comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. 10 minutes to walk to Kyoto Station, and even less to another subway station. It was great having restaurants and a convenience store close by.

The room key was a little insecure, I feel as if a room keycard would be more functional and secure.

A lovely boutique hotel, walking distance from the train station and the subway. Slightly out of the way from some of the attractions but easy to get about. Nice room with everything we needed. The free daily ice cream was a nice touch

The pillows may be hard for some, not particularly me though. The room gets steamy easily.

The staff were really warm and helpful at the desk and the ice cream was delicious! The rooms had fantastic working air conditioning with dehumidification, cooling and varied accessible modes. The shower soaps, shampoo and conditioner were incredible for my hair (curly) as they had no sulphates according to the website; and they smelled lovely. The in room rental records were so fun to listen to and change! The local train station (Kujo) was very near and linked to Kyoto station and other tourism spots.

Amazing vibe throughout, staff were great and helpful,free ice cream is always a plus, breakfast nice, the laundry room another huge plus,, rooms are standard size but are comfortable and not a worry at all. Great place to stay wish we were there for longer!

Just a short walk from Kyoto's JR train station. An even shorter walk from the bus lines that took us to the main attractions. Breakfast had limited options (it wasn't a buffet like I'm used to), but they were all very tasty and prepared with care. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from for dinner. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

This place has such a great vibe. I stayed in a mix of places on my trip and I'm really glad I decided to have a night at Hotel She. The staff are really helpful & friendly, I dropped my bags off early and walked to Kyoto station for a day in hiroshima. Was very happy to have such a big & comfortable bed to sleep in after a day of exploring. Loved the location. The shared space is really lovely. Breakfast was a treat & free ice cream, and records for the room made for a really lovely experience. The room is really big for japan and the bathroom had a bath so that was an unexpected surprise. Very comfy pyjamas and great bathroom products. I'd love to stay again one day!

The room/bathroom was a bit small, and the beds weren’t that comfortable but good enough.

Most of the staff speaks enough English to assist you with your stay. They give you free ice cream and snacks! They also have a bar and breakfast menu available. Each room has a record player, the front desk has a bunch of records to choose from and bring to your room. It is only a few minute walk to the station.

Great location for accessing transport to all the tourist attractions. Lovely and friendly staff! Ice cream was delicious and there were extra treats in the afternoon😋 Would recommend staying here for a nice boutique feel.

We loved our ice cream cone that we got every day while we stayed there. Nice to come back after long day out and have free drinks and ice-cream and group chats to end our day.. We Loved the record player in the room was nice touch. very clean and used the umbrella at the front door. about 10 min walk from Kyoto station. close to bus and subways. its the quite side of Kyoto.
