Breakfast was really the only dissatisfaction.

For a 3 star hotel, the room was good sized and laid out well. It was clean and comfortable. Close to Sendai Station. Had a public baths too. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was okay, but not great. Would recommend for a 1-2 night stay if you want to be near public transportation.

- The footpath from the station to the hotel is a bit bumpy, which makes it a bit difficult to walk with luggage/stroller. - Housekeeping will not change linens daily unless requested. They'll only take out trash and change towels. That's OK, however, I did not expect that would also mean they would not make the bed as well. Other green hotels I've been to may not change linens daily, but they'll still make the bed.

- The location is good, close to the station. - Room is decent size and clean. - Front desk is helpful.

I wish there was more choices available for the breakfest buffet but the price was good.

Very affordable price for one night which included breakfest. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was pleasant and clean. Very spacious for a "Standard Double Room". I also liked that the bathroom had space to move around. The breakfest was buffet which didn't have a large variety but was good for the added price. There was also a drinks vending machine on one of the floors which was handy. Will stay here again!

A clean and newly furnished hotel at a great location, 5 min walk to jr station. Excellent breakfast buffet with local flavours and lots of salads. Room is small but it suffice needs for travel and is very clean. Onsen bath is provided.

The smoking room near reception and the elevators that greeted guests was not nice. Offensive to non smokers.

On arrival we found the room we reserved to be too small for us but reception upgraded us to a very satisfactory size. At a cost of course. Praise to the staff at the desk for the way they handled everything. Very comfortable beds, the shower room was superb and the breakfast was very good. We would recommend the hotel to any one visiting Sendai.

Having an onsen was a nice touch, and it was really close to the main train station at Sendai which had lots of great eats!

This hotel is located at the opposite side of the busy district, so it’s a little bit far from many famous eating and drinking establishments around the station.

This hotel is very close to the station and has a big tub:) The room was clean too.

Breakfast was slightly limited in options, and unfortunately it was quite busy when we were there, so some items weren't restocked properly. Toilet is separate from shower, and sink is in the bedroom, apart from the other two things as well, which is a little strange.

Location is very convenient, easy access to JR Sendai Station. The staff were all amazing and extremely helpful. They could keep our luggage before check-in and after check-out. WiFi worked great. It's across the street from one of the most famous beef tongue restaurants in the city.
