There is no dryer for the clothes, which is fine, but for 4 people, it would have been nice to have more room to dry things on inside, and more hangers. As well, we would have appreciated some information on the garbage system here - this was the only place on our trip which had both "burnable" and "combustible" categories, and it was confusing.

Great location right next to Juso station, which has a lot of restaurants and shopping streets. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable, really no big complaints! I think this was the best place we stayed in all trip.

I must say the location is not that superb but understandable. It's not the cleanest neighborhood if we talk about Japan in general but very lively.

I like how the host always contact me at the right moment I need. They give the right amount of advice and very easy to talk too. The guide they provided to lead us to the place and the method to get the key are absolutely convenient. Oh, and I like how the bed is super soft and springy to the point that just sitting on it slow send me to the air, I love it!

A few more drinking glasses than the one would have been nice.

Close to a train station and shopping streets, one transfer needed to get into the centre of Osaka (which means a bit of walking in the transfer station). Roomy, everything was working, nicely decorated, quiet.

This​ apartment​ is​ only​ few​ minute​s​ walk​ from​ Juso​ Station​ which​ is​ one​ stop away​ from​ Osaka​ Station.​ There're​ many​ restaurant​s​ and​ shops on​ shopping​ street​ nearby​ Juso​ station​'s​ West​ and​ East​ exist​s.​ The​ room​ is​ very​ ​spacious, clean​ and​ has​ every​thing​ you​might​ need​ for​ a​ long​ stay.​ Beds​ are​ comfy​ and​ quiet​ neighbourhood.​Recommended!

Perfect location in walking distance to Juso Station. The room was massive & the beds are comfy the washing machine was so handy. Perfect location to so many restaurants to choose from . 10/10 for this place !

My list of small issues: - Need to submit picture of passport and then picture of selfie holding passport. Excuse was "government regulations". It's not though. Govt regulation only needs you to collect the data in a form. The picture and selfie was CREEPY. - No knife or scissors in kitchenette. Very annoying. Only discovered this halfway through cooking when I tried to cut the meat on the cutting board. Why is there a cutting board but no knife? - The detachable handle for the two pans doesn't work on the big pan, if the big pan is full of water, then it's too heavy for the handle. I dropped the pan over the counter when it contained hot water because the handle came off, and nearly burnt myself. If I had burnt myself this review would have been a much lower score. - No umbrellas provided. Most other rentals provide umbrellas. - The instructions for washing clothes do not include enough dryer time, or the dryer part of the washing machine is just really, really bad. I did air dry and spin dry for over an hour and my clothes still weren't dry. However, the heaters were so good that I just hung up everything under the bedroom heater and everything was soon dry. - No drying rack for dishes, utensils, etc. - No dustbin in bedroom. - Expensive cleaning cost ($50) and still have to sort and throw garbage away myself. First housing I've been to (I've been to about 8 so far) where I had to. And what's the difference between "flammable" and "burnable"? They're the same word! But again, none of this took away from a pretty great stay. It was clean, convenient, and comfortable.

Almost everything. The room was large, comfortable, would easily fit a family of 4, maybe more (I travelled alone though, heh). Two TVs, two heaters, kitchenette, even a baby crib, there were minor issues but nothing bad enough to blemish what was a pretty darn good 3 nights.
