We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaOne small thing to improve. There were many people waiting to be checked in at the "opening" of the checkin time. Everyone was sitting at the lobby and nobody was queueing. It seemed like the receptionists gave out number card to the people some 15 minutes before the checkin time, but not according to the arrival time (which i understand is difficult for the receptionist to trace).
Really like the coffee served from the coffee machine! There is one complimentary wine per person (was it per night?) too. The staff was helpful. We found out that our scheduled bus to another city was cancelled due to snow, and the receptionist helped us to call the bus company to find out whether all buses would be cancelled that day. We eventually took the alternative option which is the train. The receptionist did not speak good English, but tried her best to help us through Google translate.

The hotel is excellently located, easy walking distance to Sapporo Station and a short walk to down town.

Location, Location, Location. The place is modern and felt like it has been recently refurbished. The separated toilet room is a nice feature. We also like separate shower and bath. The tub was clean and made for a great and relaxing soak. The room easily accommodated our family of 4 with 2 children.

Hong KongRoom cleaning is a hit or miss, hotel have a policy of eco cleaning means if you don’t put the card to clean your room, the bedroll will not be serviced. But even when card is put up, towel for bathing room is sometime missed and no clean towel provided daily, need to ask front desk again for this basic.
Staffs are helpful, twin room is small but enough room for 2 luggage to be opened, 2 bed do not have enough space in between to separate. Location is good as close to both JR and metro, good for day trip travel between otaru and still be close with susukino.

AustraliaWhen it was snowing it was impossible to access the underground withoug getting covered in snow. Other hotels had better access. The room was smallish but just big enough.
This hotel had a lot of good little things such as having universal phone chargers, clothes hanger, space above the bed, and good quality slippers and robes. The TV was modern and it had good internet.

Singaporespace for the 3 persons room was still limited, especially after luggages were all open but it was understandable.
Location, and Coffee in the lobby was really good!! They had their own blend which was probably the best coffee we had from a instant machine.

Hotel Forza’s location is superb. Lobby, reception area, breakfast buffet, coin laundry are all perfect. We would like to commend Ms. Watanabe’s assistance in helping us get a reservation in Sapporo Beer Garden, her commitment and dedication is highly evident.

SingaporeThe rooms were small so beware about your big luggage. The rooms were clean enough however when we were looking for things on the floor and looked under the bed, lo and behold! It was totally not cleaned in prob ages so would recommend you to keep your stuff off the floor ;)
Location is exceptional. You can find it right next to Kani Honke and it links to the subway, JR Sapporo via an underground exit opp kani honke so you can avoid the snow and freezing weather. I liked the auto check in check out via machine, very effective and also the free flow flow coffee machine on level 2. We paid for breakfast for one of the days and it was really yummy, they even had soup curry and ramen! Hotel facilities were new, beds were comfy and they gave two puffy pillows per bed!
