Location was great, just a few minutes walk away from Toyama station and Dentetsu Toyama station, making it easy to access key sightseeing spots such as Kurobe Gorge Railway and Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. Hotel room and bathroom is large, with amenities thoughtfully placed. Also loved the shower because finally we have a hotel where we don't have to turn two knobs for warm water.

There was not a lot of space for luggage, even if you were not traveling with larger bags. It really seemed set up for just one piece of luggage, even if the room had two beds. The couch was on the far side of the beds and didn't have a lot of space between it and the closest bed.

The location was very convenient and close to the train station. The room was very comfortable, with large beds, a spacious bathroom, and a nice couch.

Super hotel! 5 min walk to Toyama train station. Very clean. Room size is large and comfortable. Many amenities. Bathroom was really nice. Front desk staff very kind and upgraded us! We had a very good rest here. Would absolutely stay again!

The self-serve laundry facility was a positive but the drying cycle of the machines was incredibly inefficient and slow.

The aisle between beds and wall was a bit narrow to open a big luggage. When we dropped the luggages before the check-in time, the staff didn't tell us about free tickets to ride the new trams. Once we bought the tickets from the station, the brochure mentioned that we could get free tickets from the front desk of the hotel.

We loved the room, as the hotel was just opened in March 2022, so everything was brand new. The check-in and check-out were smooth and seamless. The (twin) beds and pillows were very comfy. The amenities (tooth brushes, combs, etc.) were provided inside the room - two thumb-ups for this! They even provided a fancy coffee machine with two capsules of coffee provided. The TV had all the necessary apps, such as Netflix, YouTube etc. The location is just a 3-minute walking distance from Toyama station, so it's super convenient to travel around the city. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. The internet connection was pretty fast, so we could do a Zoom meeting smoothly.

Location is perfect. Hotel facilities are good. Breakfast has more choices than other hotels and they are yummy! Will stay in this hotel whenever stop by Toyama. Staffs are nice, helpful and always with smile.

CAFE Contrail on site very limited range of coffee and virtually no nice snacks, cakes, biscuits etc. As a result went to the German Bakery cafe just across the road. I normally use a hotels café extensively on my travels.

Location, large very comfortable Western type beds. Excellent bathroom with wet room and bath. I have stayed in many hotels in central Toyama over the last 12 years …this is by far my favourite.

On the last day of my stay I did not find the bath towel . The floor looks clean, but when I dropped something on the floor and lifted it up, somebody's hair came together.

The location is excellent. Comfortable and spacious rooms, quite, clean bed sheets, real coffee, two options of tea bags. Comfortable pajama instead of a usual bathrobe.
