Very convenient after a long flight with an early morning transfer. Staff are very welcoming.

Inflexible with early check in. Maybe it was a language barrier issue, but they were quite abrupt in check in procedures in general.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, functional bathroom. Walking distance to plenty of eateries and shopping area. On the main road and easy to find but was not noisy.

It could have not been so rainy. I know that the hotel does not control the rain but the weather affected my overall mood.

The room was nice. The location was nice. I was disappointed that there were 2 beds instead of one. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was standard. I don’t know why it was considered a r star hotel other than it had spa and sauna services which were not of interest to me at all. Because it was close to the subway I could go to more interesting areas but everything was just OK.

Dust was visible around the corner in the room, though the bedding and bathroom area was quite clean.

Breakfast was impressive with a wide variety of food that you can try. The room was okay not that big but not too small to make you feel uncomfortable. Staff was quite helpful. Parking at the hotel was the automatic system, so no one could mess around with your car. Public bathing area seemed clean and interesting but I had no time to try.

the entrance is not on the ground floor, so you have to take an elevator up first which sometimes is a bottleneck

breakfast is very good. Ample choice and variation over the days. Even fresh strawberries on some days.

Second time at a Monterey and both excellent. The onsen is excellent with a steam room or sauna available. Beds and pillows super comfy and room spacious with a great view. We also had the breakfast. There was a great selection. All types of food available

Hot bath was fine, but could use some renovation.

Near to train and bus station, lots of restaurants in walking distance, konbini and supermarket near by. Rooms had everything needed and beds were comfortable.

The lobby is on the 3rd floor. We had a lot of stuff so we had to go to the 3rd floor using one elevator and walked through the lobby to use another elevator to our room.

The breakfast is worth the price. Their shower is the best. Bed is comfy and room is spacious. Staff is very nice.

The room is spacious and well appointed. The onsen is not large but clean and quiet. The staff were exceptional. The breakfast was excellent but not as good as the one at Dormy Inn.

I only stayed for one night, so I don't have any complaints. My only complaint was that I wasn't in the city long enough to enjoy staying in the hotel longer!

Location was amazing; very close to public transport, in the city, and easy for taxis to find. There are at least four of the big three convenience stores within walking distance (7-Eleven, Famima, Lawson) if you need to drop by for the ATMs or food, etc. Amenities are provided in the hotel rooms rather than having to pick them up separately at the front desk/lobby. There was even a set of scales in the bathroom--helpful if you wanted to weigh your luggage.

Not much choice of breakfast buffet line, but all staff can provide everything in time. No empty tray appears.

Big hotel with fully functions. Room space is too big, you can't find this big room easily in Japan. You can go shopping easily in both Tenjin and Canal city areas.

The floor with the rug make it easy to capture all dirt and difficult to clean even though the room was clean daily The lobby is on the 3rd floor. As we rent a car , it’s a little inconvenient as we need to drop all stuffs on the first floor deck then we had to park the car at the automatic parking building first. But we had many luggages , so we found it difficult at first to manage check in on 3rd floor.

The room size is huge compare to other hotel in Japan. The breakfast was awesome with various choice. The receptions were very helpful and friendly. Drip coffee was great!! 2 convenient stores and 1 pharmacy nearby Public bath is good

The location is good. Near the subway and shopping center. Amenities are perfect compare to other hotel. Spacious room, especially if you are travelling with kids.
