Staff wasn't at the hotel all the time, so you should make appointment to them.

Perfect staying and a great location for us. We traveled without personal car. It is very easy to use the bus which stops in front of the hotel and great for family to convenience store in the same building. The staff were also helpful and helped us to call the taxi because we had to take the bus early AM.

The staff was very nice and kind. The room was clean and spacious. There was a big bath and a very nice mirror. The breakfast was simple but delicious. There was also a coffee shop and restaurant and a convenient store near.

We only managed to book the annex room. Comfortable. But so dark at night. If you did please make sure the front desk teaches you how to open the front door in case it was double locked. Room was extremely warm in summer heat. It took sometime for the staff to figure out the aircond system.

The breakfast and cute cafe at the main reception which smelled so delicious with baked goods. The Family Mart attached is an added convenience.

ample parking , clean and comfortable. perfect for traveling by car. Adjoining a 24 hr family mart which is very convenient. A short walk across the road will bring you to the lake with majestic view of Mount Fuji. Included breakfast was excellent.

Location was fantastic, north side of the lake giving a splendid view of the lake with Mt Fuji in the background. It was also conveniently situated right in front of the bus-stop with Family Mart & 7-11 along the same stretch of road. Furthermore, the surroundings were lovely and quiet making it a pleasant stay throughout. & the hotel staff (Sunil and the guy serving breakfast) were also exceptional in making it an amazing experience. Kudos to them. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back here in the future! :)

The checkin time is quite late at 2:30/ 3:00 and it is not convenient for travellers who arrived the lake early in the morning with large luggages, especially the red line bus to the hotel was quite packed with people during that time. The location of the hotel is a bit remote and there are very limited choices of restaurants near the hotel which all closed pretty early at around 5 to 6. There are spider webs in the open air bathtub room in the second night but it is understandable that it was spring time and the hotel is quite close to the nature. The breakfast was as simple as what has been commented by other travellers (two pieces of bread with butter and strawberry jam, boiled egg, vegetable soup, a bottle of water, orange juice) so it was in line with what we expected. The view to the Mount Fuji was not available in my annex room as there were trees blocking the view.

The room in the annex building is spacious and the facilities were very clean and tidy. It is nice of the hotel staff who has shown us the way to the annex building and introduced the room utilities when we checked in the hotel. The shower in the washroom was quite good and the open air bathtub was amazing. It is convenient to have FamilyMart and 7-eleven just next to the main hotel for us to buy stuff. No Fuji mount view in my room but the lake is just few minutes away from the hotel.
