The only thing was there was a steward sort of smell in the room that lasted a few hours but went away. It may have been the AC unit or washing machine, not sure

Large rooms, perfect for a family. Fantastic views over shinjuku and shibuya skyscrapers. Washer+dryer in the room. Plenty of konbini and restaurants nearby.

Great location, very close to Shin-Okubo station on the yamamote line, which meant that getting everywhere was a breeze. Great location for travelling with children. Very close to Shinjuku, Shibuya and Harajuku. Rooms were clean, with great views and the daily fresh towels were a nice touch. Very accommodating and helpful staff - provided great support when we needed access to a doctor for an ingrown toenail! Happy to recommend and would happily stay again if we’re lucky enough to return to Tokyo.

Great location. We had a apparement with 2 bedrooms. It had a laundry machine in the room! Great! The view was stunning? 21st floor. Late check out can be booked fir a small additional fee. Very convenient!

The room size was suitable for a family of 3 adults. Clean and location is so ideal.. walking to the nearest train station was only 5mins away. Many eateries nearby and a huge supermarket was just 3mins away. Easy access to everything.

My only complaint is a $25 charge per night for a pack n play/baby crib. Things like this should be included in the cost of the hotel room. We stayed for 4 days and it would have covered the cost of a brand new crib at that rate. We opted not to rent the crib and put our almost 2 year old in bed with us as a result.

It was lovely for our family of five. We had a wonderful stay. Location is amazing and the rooms are spacious and clean. They have all the things you need for a short stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful.

Some people may prefer to stay in Shinjuku to avoid the extra train ride but it made us get use to the trains pretty quickly.

Location is one station from Shinjuku - a big station that has lots of joining trains - which is where all the action is. Its a little quieter at this stop where the hotel is which we liked. But it meant a bit more time getting places - say 10-15 minutes. There is a 7/11 equivalent downstairs and lots of local restaurant choices also. The room had a mini kitchen and a nice bathroom. Comfortable beds. Staff spoke English. Had rooms with 3 single beds.

Loved the hotel. Big room for our family of 5. Comfy beds. Great locations and not crazy busy. Good for families. Train station close with easy access to all major areas.

They will clean the room every 4 days, which is understandable. However, I don't think they would clean the area if your belongings are there. Therefore, make sure to put your stuff away if you want certain areas to be cleaned. They provide new towels daily, which is a nice touch.

Multiple beds for bigger family to share, and the room is very quiet because the hotel room is located on higher floor. Great location for an easy commute to subway/train station. Washer/dryer was the absolute necessary for traveling with kids. We enjoyed our stay in two different rooms. Friendly staffs too!

The rooms were a good size and had all amenities we needed. The location is great with easy access to 2 metro stations with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s great value for money and really recommend it.
