Wish they provided some laundry detergent. I only washed two loads and was forced to buy larger then needed sized laundry detergent at the local convini. Would have been helpful if they provided enough laundry detergent for at least 3 loads of laundry like some of the other apartment/hotel places I stayed at previously in Kyoto.

Love the view of Shinjuku from the window. I appreciate the daily trash takeaway and towel replacement. Very pleased they were partnered with a luggage delivery company that took care of moving large suitcases to Haneda airport. The staff were very kind and spoke English. Especially appreciated the room had a washer and dryer machine. There were instruction manuals provided for operating the washer/dryer machine. The floors were quiet. Cleaned very well and furnished sufficiently--for the most part. Located near Okubo train station and many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay. I appreciated how the staff made sure we were comfortable at all times. One of my family member had injured himself, and they helped us find a wheelchair for him for easier transport. Good location, lots of places to eat. Would love to come back!

Small room for 3 people with only 1 chair and small desk space.

Beds were comfy, good kitchen area with everything you might need, microwave, fridge, scissors, pots and pans etc. A free small bottle of water daily per person. Our room had a bath and shower. Laundry and fitness centre both available on site free of charge. Shin Okubo Station and Okubo station both just a couple of minutes walk. Shinjuku Station about 20 minutes walk. Food places everywhere.

The only thing was there was a steward sort of smell in the room that lasted a few hours but went away. It may have been the AC unit or washing machine, not sure

Large rooms, perfect for a family. Fantastic views over shinjuku and shibuya skyscrapers. Washer+dryer in the room. Plenty of konbini and restaurants nearby.

Great location, very close to Shin-Okubo station on the yamamote line, which meant that getting everywhere was a breeze. Great location for travelling with children. Very close to Shinjuku, Shibuya and Harajuku. Rooms were clean, with great views and the daily fresh towels were a nice touch. Very accommodating and helpful staff - provided great support when we needed access to a doctor for an ingrown toenail! Happy to recommend and would happily stay again if we’re lucky enough to return to Tokyo.

Great location. We had a apparement with 2 bedrooms. It had a laundry machine in the room! Great! The view was stunning? 21st floor. Late check out can be booked fir a small additional fee. Very convenient!

The room size was suitable for a family of 3 adults. Clean and location is so ideal.. walking to the nearest train station was only 5mins away. Many eateries nearby and a huge supermarket was just 3mins away. Easy access to everything.
