Perfect hotel in Kanazawa. Room is spacious, facilities are new, super convenient location which is right next to the station and have everything you need. Parking is just downstairs and cheap.

One thing that struck is that the hotel restaurant only opens until 8. we couldn’t get a reservation in as it was booked out. For an international chain with tons of foreign guests hard to understand. The bar food options and the in room dining is unfortunately a big -. When I mentioned this to the receptionist he agreed. Food options at night at the hotel doesnt live up to the rest of the great experience. On the flip side it forced us to hunt for food and ended up with an amazing japanese kaseike experience close to the train station who also took guests beyond 8pm.

This is a wonderful experience to stay in. Every detail has been thought through. The rooms are big and have many design details that make you feel welcomed. Beds are great. The location is super central to hit the loop bus to all attractions.

We would have liked to have had a drink in the bar but it closed very early.

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Slept well - really good soundproofing. The reception staff were particularly helpful and pleasant. All good.

central location, comfortable beds, quality amenities, tastefully decorated rooms with appealing artwork. Izumi, a senior staff at the reception spoke beautiful English and was extremely gracious and helpful.

Great modern groovy and friendly hotel. Staff were helpful little cafe restaurant in the first floor was great. Free morning coffee a really nice touch. Great gym. Walking distance to station ,shops and restaurants. Loved our time spent here. Great bar ( photo taken from the bar at night) and complementary drinks and canapés every night.

The restaurant is difficult to get a booking as many places close by close early. The rooftop bar was closed when we stayed.

The rooms are perfectly designed, a good size and really comfortable and functional. The breakfast was great. The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly. Good location close to the station which has great shopping. Overall a great stay.

This a very elegant property. Our king room was large and spotless, it could accommodate comfortably 3 people. We loved the design, the colours, the details that make this a worthy 5-star property. We were very happy with the mix of Japanese and Western breakfast, both in terms of variety and quality. Fast self checkout was appreciated, as we had to run for the train (btw, despite being next to the station, the hotel is very quiet). Overall we loved this hotel and we would definitely choose Hyatt Centric again for our next Kanazawa trip.

The terrace bar was closed Mondays and Tuesdays and the bar on the main level closed by 8 PM . It seemed strange for an international hotel to have no public gathering space open past 8 PM.

Loved this hotel - very well located for exploring Kanazawa. We ate in the bar one evening which was really good western food. Breakfast had a lot of choice. Close to the station food court for other food options and a short walk into the centre of town for those more adventurous people! Very much recommended for families.

Enormous double room as well as confortable. Just few meters away from the Kanazawa Train station, is well walkable located to the market, gardens and Geisha neighbours. Fantastic!

It was perfect. The hotel decoration was very artistic featuring the local culture and art from Kanazawa. The staff was super helpful for recommending and booking us a local sushi omakase. Room was spacious and artistic as well.

Hyatt Centric is a 3 minute walk from the Kanazawa train station. On exiting from the gantry, turn left and go through the exit along Starbucks. Take a left bend at another Starbucks and you can see the hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The decor, right from the entrance to the lobby to the rooms, is fantastic. Room was surprisingly large and tastefully furnished. Because of its central location, it’s within walking distance to many attractions such as Kenrokuen gardens, Samurai district and Omicho market among others. Would stay here again! We had dinner on the 14th at the restaurant, very good food. Note: The staff are standing all the time from morning to evening for some reason, they should be allowed to sit when the can I feel.
