Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

PolandWe booked non-smoking room, but when we arrived we got told that all non smoking rooms are occupied. When we went to our room it stinked of tobacco so hard that after one night all of our clothes also stinked of tobacco. When i went to tell personel that it stinks in the room and i would like to request a new one, i was told that they cannot help me and i should use airbreeze that was in the room. Of course it did not helped at all… very poor hotel experience…

It’s right at the Matsumoto J R station and just 15-20’s minute walk to get to the Matsumoto castle. The room is quite good, with necessary equipments. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Tasty breakfast with big volume. They serve optional Japanese set meal or western style breakfast. Beef curry is good and you can eat as much as you like😄
