The staff served us cannot understand English. Not many facilities such as spa, restaurant in this hotel. Location is not that convenient.

There are 2 restaurants & a supermarket close by. There is a kitchen, family room & dining area on 2nd floor. Breakfast is simple & healthy.

Second stay at this hotel. Staff are incredibly helpful and kind (and spoke English). I needed to book my luggage to be delivered to another destination in two days' time - all streamlined. The onsen is fabulous.

Sky lounge was a little pricy. I couldn't find a convenience store in the building. The walk to the main shopping street was a little far.

The hotel was clean overall. Lobby was quite lavish and lifts were fast. No smell in any of the areas I visited or stayed, and the staff let me keep my bicycle in my room.

The room is huge n spacious n clean. Location is less than 1 km from the train station, so walking distance to restaurants n coffee shop. Outdoor onsen is fabulous. Staff very friendly n helpful. Breakfast is included n includes a large variety of Japanese n western food items. Totally exceed my expectation.

The single room has a lot of space. Since we are traveling by bicycle, we allow bicycles to be parked in the room, which I think is great.

Very cool hotel, extravagant style so very cool to see. Depending on the floor some great views over the city. I really liked the onsen. The staff was great and helped me with some phone calls to japanese speakers.

Nothing to complain about really. I wasn’t allowed to use the public spa because of my tattoos, but that is not an issue at all.

Incredibly friendly staff, great money for value. I was allowed to take my bicycle to the room for reasons of security. It is a bit old-school overall. I would stay here again. They even brought me an English language newspaper to my room in the morning.

The bed is not that great. They should get some new mattresses. The place is old and used for many years it seems. It could do with a renovation in the next years, but everything were fine. Just old and used. I wouldn’t mind staying there again (but new mattresses please!)

The staff were super helpful, respect and it was the best service in a long time. Great onsen (spa)! Great breakfast! Very fair priced.

Amazing large room with deco style maple veneered furniture and great view of bridge. It is a hotel in the grand style which seems rathe dated today……four in house restaurants and massive lobby with chandeliers….. and a shopping area. Bit of time travel.
