Location is great. Conveniently located near to station and Shinjuku is under 10 mins away if you're planning about hanging around that area. Staff are friendly and helpful and understand English pretty well. They also provide luggage storage (free for checkout day but additional charges for extra days if you want to store more than 1 day) so you can travel around light.

Breakfast - no option for food. They only have one type. You won’t get full. It’s just a sandwich cut in two. That’s it.

Location is perfect. Close to all - stations, shops, restaurants, it’s in the city center!

I wish they could provide a small table or a caddy for each bed to hold our electronics and other small items.

The place was not too central so it's quieter in the evening which is a plus. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful. Overall a comfortable stay.

Too dark in the room and it feels like not really clean but it’s acceptable. The price is a bit overpriced.

Location is great. 10-15mins from Shinjuku station to the hostel and 5-10mins from hostel to the town. Also, the shinjuku-sanchome station is very convenient to different places. Exit C6 which have the elevator will be more comfortable if you bring the suitcase.

Dryer machine sucked so had to go to a laundromat to dry stuff! But that’s it really.

I could everything from the room next to me, even small sounds from the phone, whispering, etc. It's typical for japanese houses but this was the most extreme I experienced so far.

Staff very friendly and English speaking, location close to shinjuku station and kabukicho, showers, bathrooms and common rooms very relaxing.

Not much to complain about, I'd enjoy a tv and a games console in the cafe part.

Great for socialising and easy to make friends. Helpful staff and an industrial style to the rooms that keeps things simple and spacious.

The rooms are small, and there is not much share space.. I stayed in a female dorms and there is a sofa there, which is nice but not enough for a hostel vibe in my opinion.

The family room (4people) can feel slightly cramped if all of you are carrying hard luggage.

Common area couches were a bit dirty, not really inviting to sit down I had to make my bed when I arrived, hated it

Maybe I got unlucky, but was hoping it would be a bit more social to be able to meet new people. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but got used to it eventually.

A bit overpriced compared to other hostels I've used in tokyo. key pad doors quite loud with people coming in at different times, due to location lots of people staying here to go out so not the quietest hostel if you just wanna sleep

Bed was a bit hard, so not too comfy for side-sleepers. Was also too warm inside to my taste.

could have provided laundry detergent (if not for a fee) - not a lot of backpackers have this or want to buy a whole bottle. could have been more sofaes/ nice chairs to sit in in the common area. The sofa and chair thats there now aint clean. maybe offer some social events check-in felt unpersonal could provide free towels

Really good location - felt safe as a solo female taveller. I was never out late thought, so dont know how its like during late evening/ night. i recommend reading up on the Kabukicho area before going, if you dont want to go there its easy to stay away. If you are i female i would 100% recommend the female only doorms, they had an entire floor for female only, which were so much nicer and smelled much better than the mixed gender dorm floor. I really liked the bed, as opposite to other reviews. also good ventilation we were only between 1-3 on the 6 persons doorm, but the room was spaceous.

Really needs a coat of paint and some floor coverings. The old bare concrete made it feel a bit gloomy
