Loved the super friendly staff and they went above and beyond, offered to drive us to the train station (with our bags) after checkout. Loved the beautiful and spacious suite, very well equipped kitchen. Loved the great location. Loved the complimentary breakfast and fancy toaster that made the bread taste so good.

Large comfortable and clean rooms near the train station. Has a snack / drinks counter in the lobby and simple breakfast is included. Very helpful and friendly team.

Was close to the station, and a walk into town. Room was spacious, shower worked well. Laundry facilities in room were great for the family to catch up on some fresher clothes. Free bits were nice. However, the highlight was being offered a lift to the station with our bags. Not a formal part of the service, just a very nice touch.

Really no downside to this place. Right next to the tracks, but soundproofed so well one could barely hear the trains going by.

The staff here are all very friendly and we’re very helpful with planning our stay in Kanazawa. They offered to drive us to the station on the day of our departure (it is about 1/2 mile, but a flat and easy walk) and let us know they were there if we needed anything at all. The room was huge and well equipped with every modern gadget, including a large screen tv and a smaller one in the bath! There is coffee available in the morning and a small continental breakfast is offered- a very welcomed courtesy.

Absolutely nothing!

Staff were outstanding, extremely helpful. The breakfast was an added bonus. Great start to the day. We used our cooking facilities in our room, the nearby supermarket was fantastic. And getting a morning transfer to the station was just a lovely gesture to and extremely lovely stay. We had a deluxe suite. Great size room, massage chair and the best shower. Easy walking distance to Kanazawa Station.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Excellent location 8min walk to station. We walked to all the places we intended to see. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Even took us and our luggage to the station. Presidential suite was spacious with 2 toilets...and a massage chair. Beds were comfy.Loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Next to train line, but very minimal noise.

Very helpful staff who pinpointed all the locations we wanted to see. Breakfast was great and room had everything we needed plus Netflix and a TV in the bath. Staff even shuttled us to the train station. Kids loved the bath bombs. Thanks Team

A bit far from everything, and a bit noisy from the railway, but these are all acceptable

Free bread / coffee breakfast is wonderful, many options; staff are helpful and good at English, drive our group to the JR station in the morning

Breakfast at reception was a great idea however became very busy and with limited space was a bit cramped.

Room was available although we were early. Staff is friendly and helpful. Picked us from the train station and sent us to the station when it was raining. I could use make use of Yamoto to send my luggage to my next hotel. Complimentary breakfast which was small selection but complete , all that one will need. It is about a 8min walk from station, a straight forward walk - just straight and you will reach. No need to struggle with google map :)

Some dust in the room. Washing machine was not very clean, and clean/dry cycle took much longer than initial estimate. Machine instruction guides in the room were outdated.

Good location, only a few mins away from Kanazawa station. Staff arranged for shuttle service between hotel and station. Excellent selection of snacks and drinks at lobby. Board games available too. Room was comfortable and large, with washing machine, massage chair, and cooking amenities in the room.

Position could be closer to the station

A home away from home: massive room, kitchen. You can rent games, and have a small free breakfast. Parking. Staff went above and beyond to help us with our daughters the reception girls were amazing.
