Room - not designed to serve as a hotel room. It is well equipped for Japanese families. Lots of accessories. Some of which I do not know the purpose of. Most of the interface is in Japanese. I spent time reading manuals and using Google Lens translate.

The arrangement of the shower holders was a little awkward.

Staff went above and beyond to help. We enjoyed buying fresh seafood and cooking it in the kitchen. Great to do some laundry in our room. Spacious design with efficient layout.

quite a walking distance from train station. it’s >600m and took at least 10-15min to walk there. not convenient when there’s luggages. I also didn’t like that the bathroom is separated from the toilet.

location was a little further away from city centre but still very convenient.

Wished location could be better. It is a 10 minute walk to the station which is alright on a normal day. But it would have been difficult to walk along the uneven pavement with luggage or in bad weather. But the hotel made up for it by fetching us from the station.

I like almost everything. The room was big and spacious with laundry facility. Breakfast was provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Simple but delicious breakfast of bread and coffee was available, enough to start the day. They were kind to pick us from the train station when we arrived and send us there when we checked out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped to make dinner reservations, sent us to our dinner place, arranged for our luggage forwarding and gave us suggestions for dinner at our next destination after leaving Kanazawa!

Everything met or exceeded expectations, so nothing to complain about. Breakfast is very simple, but it is free and it is enough to start the day. Coffee is very good!

The staff was very helpful and helped a lot. In a rainy day, they gave us umbrellas for free, and offered free transportation to the station. Also gave us a lot of tips about Kanazawa. Thanks a lot!

The location is far from train station & the road leading to the hotel is not smooth making it difficult for us to drag our luggage. Not recommended for seniors with luggages unless they're very fit.

Problem with room lights control. One control had flat batteries and using one control for both rooms was difficult but we eventually managed to turn off all lights after clicking the cobtrol more than 20 times. Floating partitions were used to create 2 bedrooms with the 3rd sleeping area in the lounge which did not offer any privacy for the 2 beds our friends stayied outside. The hotel sat next to train track and noise can be intrusive when trains passed. Also be aware they charged 1100 yen for city tax and 1100 yen for overnight car park.

Presidential suite was spacious. Ensuite and also a 2nd toilet. Small kitchen was well appointed. Washing machine with dryer was effective. Free detergent. Heater in bathroom helped to dry your clothing if needed. There was a massage chair which wasvery nice. There wete bread/ baked goods, soup nd other snacks available at reception.

Hallways and common spaces are not air conditioned. There is no elevator for higher floors. Makes it difficult to carry up heavier suitcases or for older people. The bottom floor has only 3 rooms so if you are out of luck, people have to lug up the stairs. With so many rooms elevator is a must,

Dryer doesn’t really dry clothes.

The rooms are huge, perfect for families. The snacks, coffee, simple breakfast were such a nice touch. Appreciate the complimentary heat packs. There’s washing machine but not really a dryer that can dry a full load of clothes. 240m away, there’s a coin laundromat, where 200 yen can dry a full load of laundry. The staff are absolute gems, very helpful. Keep up the awesome work!
