United KingdomJust a misunderstanding, asked the hotel to order us a taxi to station as it was snowing but it took ages. On reflection would have just been easier to order an Uber.
Bed comfortable, shower hot and powerful. There was free coffee and tea on arrival. There was happy hour+ between 5-7pm. Red white or sparkling Wine. Everyone was very helpful.

United KingdomI waited both evenings to use the washing machines, I think for the size of the hotel there should be more than two machines.
Good location, about a 8 mins ride from the main station. Decent sized and clean room, beautiful clean onsen; I used this twice during my two night stay and was on my own. Lots of choice for free amenities like cleansing oil, moisturisers, hair bands etc which was super handy. The free happy hour in the evening plus the endless free tea and coffee in the restaurant is a really lovely touch.

They have amazing additional services including laundry, Japanese baths and free drinks/ coffee/ snacks in the lobby lounge all day. Location is also very convenient to main sites. SingaporeNothing. I was very pleased with my choice. The walk from the station wasn't too long -- about 20 min away, but in the winter and with my heavy luggage, it seemed a bit longer. But, nonetheless, it's a good location for sightseeing.
It was a very clean, quiet and functional hotel very conveniently located near Omicho Market and the Castle, and there's a Family Mart nearby. I really loved the design of the Superior Twin room as it was spacious and very user-friendly in the space layout and aesthetics! I also appreciated the firm bed and pillow that was a mix of firm and soft, depending on which side used. I appreciate too the Japanese hospitality where they provided a useful selection of toiletries, and also food and drinks throughout the day, and the breakfast selection was very good too -- a very wide variety of international and Japanese options! I loved that they had a public bath with both indoor and outdoor options!

New ZealandGreat location, very central to walk to the castle park gardens, Kenroku, the fish market, samurai district and also loads of restaurants and shopping in the neighbourhood. In the lounge stairs they provide tea, coffee and juice all day. From 5-7 is happy hour, red, white and sparkling wine with snacks. Fantastic service and very friendly staff.

United StatesProbably the best value stay I’ve ever had! Very comfortable room that came with a dehumidifier that I used for white noise, though there wasn’t much outside noise to cover; soundproofing between rooms was quite good. The best part though was all the free goodies that came with the stay, particularly the evening treats and wine! It was so nice to come back from exploring the city and settle in the large lounge area with a glass of wine before heading up to the room. I stayed in much “fancier” places on the rest of my Japan trip and I honestly missed this place! Felt right at home.

Everything was great in the hotel. I felt so welcome by the staff and I can see that the staff treat the hotel like their home. The breakfast was good although we had to queue for seats on one of the days. The staff were also very helpful with our queries and assisted us with the transportation of luggage to our next destination.
