The view from the hotel was amazing, all the staff were very friendly , and went over and above as it was my partners 30th they gave us a free room upgrade and helped me organise a cake for the room on her birthday. The Japanese restaurant was very nice (reasonably priced) as we were only there for two days we did not eat in the french reteraunt outwith breakfast but breakfast had a nice selection which was quite varied, the hot springs were a nice touch to this resort style hotel

AustraliaNothing much nearby. No where else to get a meal except at the Hotel, which is beautiful, but expensive. No where to get lunch. We had a scallop meal in the Japanese restaurant and they were very overcooked and rubbery. Wish we'd been told about the free shuttle from Kawazu. We got off at the tiny station before, because it is the closest station, and had to do several flights of stairs with our suitcases, then walk to the Hotel.

JapanDuring breakfast hour one staff that is quite is rude to other staff. The way he scolded them that we can overhear it while we are eating is uncomfortable to hear.
I like that it is beach front and the room is clean and beds are comfortable. The food was also all delicious and a lot of varieties.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel, so much so that I decided to leave Tokyo earlier to stay for another few nights. The employees were welcoming, warm and beyond helpful during my stay. The bedroom is spacious and impeccably clean. The view of the ocean from the bedroom is wonderful, hearing the waves at night was an extra bonus. There is a great spa to unwind at the end of the day. I really enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel and the employees working within the dining area were so lovely. I look forward to visiting this hotel again. Thank you :)

Very nice sea views and garden . Spacious room . Staff are attentive and professional. Breakfast is good! Located 5-min drive distance from Kawazu station. The hotel shuttle bus frequencies is good and make commuting between hotel and station very convenient. The hotel even provides shuttle service for night sakura viewing during the Kawazu sakura festive season .

Located walkable distance from Kawazu station. Great sea view. Pretty decent breakfast spread(mainly Japanese food though so if your preferred choice is western the options are basic and limited) Had the largest bathtub out of all the hotels I’ve stayed!
