The only minor flaw is that the soundproofing is not great; even soft-spoken conversations from outside can be heard clearly. However, closing the windows should improve this situation.

The location is ideal, with convenience stores nearby and close proximity to the subway station. The price is affordable, and the customer service is friendly. The room amenities, such as the small refrigerator and washing machine, are convenient. The environment is clean, and towels and toothbrushes are provided at the front desk for self-service. Overall, the stay experience is very satisfactory.

Everything was fine, but I would say that probably is a bit too expensive for what it offers, since there is no cleaning services and the reception is available only in the afternoon/early evening.

Good location, 10 minutes walk from Kyoto station. The room was clean and it was nice to have a washing machine in the bathroom.

Locks are a bit confusing but easy when you get used to it.

The hotel is about 900m walking distance from kyoto station, clean, well equipped, free tea and coffee in the reception, and even lift to help us get into our room (this is a bit rare facility)

Interior design and facilities, we stayed in 1st floor. Very accessible. Quiet neighbourhood. It's also quite adjustment at first to throw trash in the bin, because they were 2 different basket for burnable and plastic. But knowing your doing for the 🌎 it's more easier to throw

The WiFi was absolutely bad and for work purposes a big problem if you need a Teams meeting as I did at several occasions.

The room.facilities ex.washing machine, home appliances ex .microwave, electric pot, refrigerator all are brandnew and well maintained in a very clean especially towels are white and clean.

I did not personally find anything that I didnt like but I understand that a few items could be bothersome for some travellers. The check in as of DEC 2023 is in another hotel (2min away) which is not very far but it can be misleading if you do not read the emails they send you. Also there isnt staff the whole day, only in the afternoon but you should be exploring the amazing city during the day so that should not be an issue either! Overall this hotel exceeded by far my expectations!

The location is just 5minutes away from the central station, without having to take any buses. It's located in a quiet street so there is no noise coming from outside. The room is very spacious and very well equipped with even a washing machine that you can use inside the room. All other amenities can be found in the lobby when you walk inside the building. There is also a drink vending machine in the entrance. The staff is also very friendly when checking in.

We had some trouble finding the key pick up place after arriving at the nearby railway station - I recommend triple checking the instructions before your trip! Once we found the place there was no trouble getting the key cards and finding the building.

This property is well-located and a good budget option for a stay in Kyoto. The building is secure. The room is clean and the bed comfortable. As it is a budget place in a good location the room is small - you have to sit on the bed. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, which was great to have after a week of travel!

wifi only worked smoothly in the wee hours (2 - 4am). we raised it up and were told that the hotel was fully booked so everyone was using the wifi. 5G wifi password was 'given' but we were not given access to it. we got the wifi passwords of the other rooms but our devices could only detect wifi signals of our level. don't bother using youtube or Instagram because it takes up to 3 mins to load one page. the booking.com app page took ~20 seconds to load. it is disappointing as this is the only accommodation where we had issues with the wifi and it is located in Kyoto..

the room was great! spacious and clean. dryer function in the bathroom is efficient so we could wash our clothes at night and have dry clothes to wear in the morning. everything is provided for in the lobby so you can take and replace whatever you need in the room, including coffee and tea.

At first we got a room at the first floor and it was bad…. The was strong smell of mold and dampness :( But they changed our room as soon as we ask because of the above situation.

The room on the 3rd floor was as on the pictures. It was clean, there was a view from the window, so it was bright inside. There was even a washing machine (my friend used it and it was fine). The shower was clean and pretty new I would say.
