We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

SwitzerlandThe hotel is very modern and located centrally. The onsen bath is great to relax in the middle of the city. The breakfast as a choice of two set meals is cheap but honestly quite delicious. What I liked most is the comfortable desk and seating in the room that allowed me to work.

JapanThere is free coffee on the second floor but I would have preferred a coffee packet in the room. There was also only tea.
Great location. There are many things nearby to do, see and eat. It is a short walk to the subway or main JR station. The room was comfortable and clean. They access to the shower stall and toilet was flat, no step up to enter. The water pressure in the shower was the best I’ve ever had. The stall has a high ceiling so taller guest can use it comfortably. You can choose your preference of pillow when you check in. Also you only take those amenities you need so they aren’t wasting resources.

SingaporeLimited breakfast choices, only set A or B. Both comes with salad and yoghurt, with toasted bread with ham or egg/sausage. Cafe open to outside customers, and there is a long line in the morning. To take the same breakfast for 4 consecutive days is a stretch.
Hotel location is good, we could walk to many popular places. Sapporo station is a short walk from hotel, convenient to take our luggage to the airport

RussiaBreakfast served at cafe 1F, could be crowded as other customers came in, set of sandwiches, yogurt, not much. Same set one can by directly at cafe around 700yen.
Close to the station and popular areas, they have decent hair dryer (with concentrator) but not in the room, yet at common bath. It was helpful as usually there’s no concentrator and it is almost impossible to make your hair done, as western staff doesn’t work at Japan due to low voltage

convenient location. 5 min walk to Odori site to join the snow festival. less than 15 min walk from Sapporo JR Station. Hotel is cleaned and equipped with Onsen; enjoyable especially after a long day of walk. Set breakfast provided by the cafe next day, which is also v good.

A great hotel in the middle of Sapporo. The rooms are small but comfortable. It was a short walk to Odori Park where the Snow Festival is based and the bus stop for our trip to Furano. The bathrooms seem clean. There is an Onsen in the hotel but we didn't try it. There is a lounge on 2F with some OK coffee.
