Hotel was located above a shopping mall with nice shops and restaurants, room was clean and comfortable, open public onsen with fantastic views, staffs are friendly and helpful, six months ago we stayed at the same hotel when we visited Oita.

The hotel is very convenient to stay and travel around because it is next door to the train station and department store. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. I really enjoy the time there.

The hotel was well-located above a mall and the JR line. It also comes up an in-house onsen which definitely was the highlight of our stay.

Nothing I had a pleasant stay with a magnificent sea view!

The location is excellent right outside the JR Oita and with lots of shops around. The onsen and the rooftop onsen was excellent.

1)The parking guidelines provided by the hotel is very misleading. In booking.com and at the hotel also mentioned 'nearby' parking lot is available. For my understanding is the hotel does not provide parking lot in their premise so parking at the parking outside/beside the hotel (nearby)is what they mean. However, the hotel reception told me the parking lot is available in their premise... which has created a confuses at the first place. 2) At the JR station, the main entrance is being unclear and it didn't has a single word mentioned 'hotel' until I checked with the information counter only managed to find it.

The really enjoyed the outdoor onsen where it's located on the top floor with city view.

The bath spa facility was too crowded at times in the evening, which made it feel less sanitary/hygienic.

Connected to the JR station, so very easy to get to and from. Staff was courteous and helpful. High fluency in English. Facilities were clean and beautifully designed. Rooftop bath spa had great views of the city.

Value for money is not so great. No parking. Quality for diner is a bit average. Before letting us keep our rooms, they asked us to move our luggage. So while we did keep our rooms, we checked out and then checked back in. Carried a lot of luggage around as we have 2 kids and booked two rooms.

Great design, the rooms and corridors are made to look like a luxury train. Spotless. The staff is helpful, they let us keep our rooms for a second night. At JT station, which means shopping and eating at your fingertips

location: Great! Great central location in Oita city. Right next to the train station, airport bus, shops and restaurants, and the attractions are within 15 mins walk. Others: very clean, new hotel and room size and price were good. They let me check in two hours early without extra charge which was rare in Japan. Rooftop hot spa was so enjoyable.

Carpet a bit old

The location is great, above a shopping mall, next to train station. It provides car parking discount. Room a bit old but clean. The toilet is just renovated and very clean. The roof spa was excellent.

Everytjing was perfect!

Great location, accomadation, breakfast , cleanliness, staff. Much better than staying at Beppu or Yufuin.
