We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location was great and the room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable for me, and the staff was very nice. We had some issues finding the way to park our car before checking in because we didn't know for sure that we were supposed to park at the adjacent parking garage before talking to the hotel front staff (but maybe I didn't read the find print). 1000 yen for parking per day felt reasonable, though we have stayed many hotels that had a free parking, so it felt a little meh, but most hotels around the Kochi city metro didn't have any parking, so it was nice to have the parking garage right next to the hotel.

JapanThe walls are thin in this hotel. It's important that guests keep quiet late into the evenings. However, staff are very friendly and helpful.
I often stay at this hotel when I visit Kochi City. I stay here because of the location and comfort. This stay however was not as great as usual. There were guests a few rooms down who were very loud late into the night. I called down to the service desk to ask for assistance, and they were quick to solve the problem. This is still the hotel I will choose every time I come to the city.

JapanThe entrance to the parking area has a really bad smell due to stale air. They should fix this, there are many creative ways to do so. The breakfast included with the hotel room was not great - all processed food with clearly low quality ingredients used. There's no latte or milk available, and the plates we have to carry weight A LOT! This is coming from a guy who is usually not weak at carrying heavy plates (lol). I definitely recommend NOT to eat breakfast here if possible.
Brand new hotel with clean and classy infrastructure. The location is great as well, just next to the station with parking attached if you're using a car. I particularly liked that the room has a humidifier + air purifier as well, which makes the room very comfortable to sleep in.
