I would have liked to have something more / bigger to place my suitcase & clothes on - maybe another bench etc just so I can get everything out of the suitcase a bit more. Not a major issue though.

Clean rooms, comfy bed, nice bathroom. Staff were extremely helpful. Coffee downstairs in the cafe was one of the best coffee I have ever had. Hotel is in a great location for shopping, cafes & restaurants and super close to the train station.

It was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping areas. The staff was very nice and helpful and spoke English very well. We had some trouble with our luggage delivery and they helped us out tremendously by calling and explaining the situation to the vendor.

Loved it and the room was comfortable, it would be great to be able to cool the room with aircon or have a lighter bed sheet.

Great ambience and interior design, lovely team who were very helpful with communication and organising taxis etc even before we got to the hotel.

centrally controlled heating isn't ideal

so nice you won't want to leave. one of my favourite stays in tokyo to date. thoughtful design, attentive staff, & an excellent restaurant

Fabulous boutique hotel, a very elegant and lush room. My favourite part was going through record player with great records. We had all of the amenities we needed (and didn't know we needed!). The bed was super comfortable and I loved the kimono robe so much that I bought my own. The location was great for what we needed and the staff were very helpful booking our taxis.

There is no view per se as it is a low building, and it is also a historical one, so it makes sense in that regard. The window is facing the stock exchange across the street. Also, there was an odd trembling sound from time to time coming from above, and we couldn't figure out what it was as we lived on the top floor.

Clean and hip hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The room was bigger than usual in Tokyo within the same price range. There are a couple of bus/metro stops within walking distance as well as konbinis. The area is quiet at night as it is more of a business oriented neighborhood.

The lack of ability to have different breakfast options.

The plants in our room and cafe area, the decor, design, layout, the beautiful tea, the Italian creams and liquid soap, the breakfast, the coffee and the way they get all the details just right.

The central heating or air con was a problem. The room was either boiling or ice cold, and they could not change it manually room by room as it was centrally controlled. If you opened your window to get air, then it was too noisy. Also, no normal black tea in the room and no milk to have your coffee with.

The decor, the coffee shop downstairs, the bedroom was a very nice size and very comfortable. It was also close to the station.

Probably shouldn't be charging hotel guests a 1000 yen cover charge each for drinking in the small cocktail bar in the hotel...

Comfortable bed, spacious room in a nicely designed hotel. Location is a ten-fifteen minute walk to Tokyo station and a subway station even closer. Can't comment on the restaurant on site as didn't eat there but Bank bakery nearby is great for pastries and sandwiches.

We found it difficult to book good restaurants in the vicinity. The front of house staff were helpful but perhaps having a go to list of good quality restaurants nearby the recommend to and book for guests would assist making the stay in Tokyo better. One recommendation we had received really Missed the mark which was unfortunate.

We loved the room and whole vibe of the hotel. The interiors are beautifully designed and it is nicer than in the pictures - this was honestly such a wonderful place to stay. We also loved the simplicity of the check in process - not worrying about your bags and being given a Japanese tea and sweets

Only negative was heated way too hot

I loved the room Decor , check in best ever , we sat in Cafe & had coffee while they arranged early check in etc Loved the cocktail bar , restaurant, breakfast was out of this world ( not Japanese & a long way from a full English) , I chose this hotel for the Brooklyn Brewery in basement for my husbands birthday, room size was spacious, & the design of the room was ❤️❤️❤️❤️ staff were just super helpful & efficient even over & above the usual Japanese way

Limited choices of good food. Furniture was modern and not comfortable.

The restaurant, coffee bar, and beer restaurant in the basement have very limited menu options us, food was only mediocre at best, and pricey to boot. We found much better places when we walked to the financial district. Staff was very kind and helpful.

The location is pretty quiet, so if you’re doing any sightseeing, have a plan ahead of time (Close to the subway though, so that’s convenient!). Breakfast was coursed and very thoughtful, so be sure to leave plenty of time if you opt in.

Absolutely beautiful space, and staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and fluent in English. A very relaxing stay for our final night in Tokyo.
