The location was a little dull. Very much the business area it seemed. There were no views from the rooms, but the area is still very nice and well-connected so would not dissuade us from staying again.

The staff were so welcoming when we arrived, check-in was smooth. Then the room, wow! What a beautiful place to stay, wether this is for one night or 5! We will definitely be back to the K5.

The location for me is not great, metro is super close but I personally find it far from any core areas of interest. I much rather stay in Ginza (which again is 2 metro stations away). Breakfast was not included and I find it too expensive and a complicated set menu (therefore I had breakfast at other coffee places near by, there are quite a few nice options). No gym or spa (which was not an issue but always a nice to have). I did really enjoy the room.

The property is really nice, I absolutely loved the room. The decor, the record player, the lighting setup, the bed was super comfortable. The coffee place and restaurant looks lovely and the bar space is great.

Modern and stylish hotel in an old factory (?) building tucked under the highway (quite special to see). Comfortable room with plants and an amazing bathtub. Good location. Nice breakfast. Would recommend.

The bed was slightly hard and while the design of the room was interesting - some parts were not ergonomically great for example the sinks were quite low and narrow making it difficult to use it, the racks at the toilet where toiletries are to be placed is also low and hard to reach. However, the location is awesome, while it is 4 mins away from train station, the neighbourhood where k5 is in is tucked and nestled in an area of nice preserved buildings making it quiet and exclusive and the nihonbashi neighbourhood is not touristy at all making it an excellent option if u prefer to be away from hustle and bustle of Shinjuku or Shibuya. The area is also peppered with great cafe scene of small coffee roasters, brunch spots etc. v nice to explore the area.

The room is spacious and tastefully designed and decorated. The staff were definitely a highlight of this stay - extremely helpful, cheerful and informative and helped to make various restaurant reservations.

It is possible to improve the cleanliness of the concrete floor, water flow and coordination between reception and food.Their bar is excellent But there is a price list on the door There really isn't any drink that matches the price list Everything is different on the menu

The area is quiet, a 5 minute walk under the train. There was a lack of synchronization between the menus presented to us at the reception and what was in the mornings.The breakfast was good and surprising. It is noticeable that the dining area is managed separately. The staff quickly dealt with any request or problem. The room is amazingly designed, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is excellent - the power of the current needs to be improved. Overall an excellent experience. The only downside maybe is the location. It's far off from most places we like to visit. We found ourselves walking a lot from stations to the hotel but the neighborhood is very nice and quiet, so it wasn't too bad for walking.

The hotel is very stylish and well thought out in layout. It's so modern yet very functional. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to help us and advise us. Nothing was a problem. So friendly and well informed. The room was perfect. A comfortable bed, a quiet space, and very well equiped.

Location isn't great in the immediate area (unless you want the Tokyo Stock Exchange) though a few minutes walk from Nihonbashi metro station which is very well connected.

Amazing comfortable and well designed studio room complete with turntable and vinyl. Great beer basement bar with good Mexican finger food. Also has cafe, cocktail bar & restaurant.

It was basically a 10/10 stay, not much we didn't like apart from the restaurant was closed a day we were there but the staff offered to supply us breakfast from a local cafe.

The design of the room was exceptional, we loved the furniture and layout. It was super clean throughout our stay and the staff were really friendly and helpful. They checked each day when was a good to clean the room and helped us with getting bicycles and taxis when needed. The bar was terrific too and the downstairs restaurant by Brooklyn Beer was really nice; the food was mexican inspired tacos and quesadillas and was a nice break from Japanese food. Vinyl player and amp in the room was a great touch and really helped set the mood. The books and furniture in the room made it feel homely as well. Overall images didn't do the room justice.

Shower didn’t have door so water was going everywhere. Light in the middle of the mirror made it harder to use the mirror.

The raw concrete flooring in the room..always love to walk bare foot in the room but it’s impossible to even go to toilet without wearing a slipper and shoes with the flooring..

It was not possible to pay cash for the rooms. The single bed was small for 3 people (1 adult, two kids). Service was slow at the Tacos' restaurant in the basement, but good food.

Fun and eccentric hotel in a nice area of Tokyo. The decor is amazing. We liked the plants in the room and the huge bathroom. The room is large and well-equipped. The staff was nice and helped make restaurant reservations. Thanks !
