The view from the room was awesome. Waking up to the sight of Mt Fuji was great! The garden was absolutely gorgeous! Other bonus was the nightly drum show. The onsen facilities was also very good. Service was also fantastic througout.

Please note the upstairs onsen doesn't have showering facilities! You have to bathe in your room or the other onsen first.

From the outside, the hotel appears a bit dated, but inside it is very lovely. The service, meals, onsens, and gardens were great and the hotel interior is beautiful.

I had hot spring onsen in my room. The taiko performance was so good. The hot spring bath in the top floor with views to mount Fuji at the dawn was definitely a highlight in my trip.

The hotel provided a baby basket for my baby before we arrived. They also helped make my baby a futon when they realised my baby is too big and would easily climb out of the baby basket. The in room dinning server was very polite and helpful!

If ask me to said that the weak point, the traditional japan style room have some smelling at room, other is no complaints, my first time to booking tatami, sleep well.

Highly recommended it. Unexpected event they provide full your time at hotel. Welcome tea good experience, Hot spring must try at the 10/F. Facing big Fuji view mountains amazing. Nice view. Also have a taiko drum show after dinner, They have provide a free lounge drink snack time at night time. Wine free-flow. Japan simply clothes wear provide for take photo. Nice Ambience. They have own garden can spend a time for walking and relax. Hotel so big. Really can spend your time in whole day.

They have drum show, live piano performance, very pretty garden walk and more, which make the trip more pleasant other than just enjoying the hot spring.. I like it.

Shuttle bus might take a little longer time to wait.

Receive a great welcome from the first step in reception to the room. Staff with smiley faces at all times. You could sense the cozy ambiance vibe in the whole pemises. Especially love the river view in the backyard. Could stand there the whole day just for the beautiful scene.:) There is stunning mount Fuji view from the room too.p The hotel lounge serves free flow alcohol and refreshment :) Dinner is another highlight too. Freshly prepared and had a bloated stomach at the end of the course. :) definitely worth the value.

Would've been good if we had been provided more info what dinner would be in advance, but otherwise very happy with the stay.

Had a really great time here, really enjoyed our Ryokan experience. We had access to two different onsens during our stay - level 1 and the rooftop, both with views of Fuji. Dinner and breakfast were also delicious and it also included an afternoon tea ceremony as well as a taido show at night. Also loved exploring the garden and finding a foot spa! Lovely experience overall with my family.

The location is a bit far but acceptable, frontline staffs couldn’t speak much English, seems mainly focus on local customer but not from foreign countries, better improve as more people from around the world would come

The half board food, onsen, drum show and free firework experience were all excellent
