United KingdomThe spa, onsen and rooftop pool overlooking the beach were excellent. The room was large and so confortable and I loved the balcony overlooking the beach. The hotel has bikes to hire and a shuttle for train station drop off and pick up. A brilliant stay, loved it.

I had a great sea and mountain view and I had the pleasure of watching beautiful sunrise from my balcony. This hotel was more luxurious than I thought. The room was very spacious. The spa was also top notch.

This hotel is completely AMAZING!!! So beautiful, the staff is so professional, the spa is incredible, the rooftop sauna/pool is crazy beautiful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was so very nice although their English was very limited, not a problem at all with Google Translate!!! The room and the entire hotel was immaculate, the spa was the best I have ever been in, the onsen was totally amazing. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel, would stay there again tomorrow!!! Will definitely stay there when I return to Karatsu.

This is just a superb, outstanding hotel in a superb natural environment. 1. A fantastic location: one side faces (50 m from) the sea, on opposite side, a nice pine forest. Quiet location, but close to the town and to a railway station. The beach is of sand, long and wide with a few people on it. 2. The rooms are very large and well equipped, with fully opened view of the sea. Every tiny detail was well thought; everything you may think of was provided, including indoor closes. And every corner is perfectly cleaned. 3. Polite, friendly and quickly responsive staff. 4. Interesting and reach, mainly Japanese, kitchen. Overall, I was surprised to get this exceptionally good service and conditions for the relatively small money I paid. This hotel unlikely is for those who likes entertainment, noisy bars and disco. Just for relaxing in Paradise!

United KingdomThe cost of the stay was very expensive. We paid to join the hotel membership so that we could get some discounts on souvenirs and food in order to earn some points. We earned enough points for free bath tickets for 3 people. We tried to use these points to take a bath but the hotel refused us because it was Saturday and busy. We couldn't understand what is the point of paying to join the hotel membership if we are not treated as members and don't get to use the points. The stuff who dealt was so businesslike and not customer oriented. We were very very disappointed with this treatment because the services otherwise were excellent.
The facilities were excellent and the hotel was new and clean. The view from the Thermal Spa was amazing. The dinner (buffet) was tasty and high quality. We enjoyed especilly the fresh squid famaous for that area and desserts were all delicious!

SwitzerlandThe hotel is amazing. The rooms are vast and beautiful, and the sea view is just breathtaking! Moreover, all rooms have sea view. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel also have great spa area, as well as indoor, outdoor, and roof pools. Everything is extremely clean. The hotel itself is brand new. There were also snacks and drinks for free in the room. We felt very relaxed and pampered. Last but not least, we had great massage in the room by an elderly man, we really appreciate it!

Everything was perfect. We stayed at West wing, in a wonderful double room and nice view on the beach. Every staff was so nice including those in the front desk and the concierge. I really appreciate the staff at the breakfast buffet who helped me (it was yesterday!) to find my lost phone in the restaurant: they did not speak English, but their attitude and help were so nice. The cook at Tepanakki was also very kind, and he served us wonderfully. I also appreciate Booking.com that transferred my message to the hotel. Frankly, one of the best hotels that I have ever visited in Japan. Thank you!!

This hotel looked pretty nice on paper, but it exceeded our expectations by far! Our room was huge and very comfy (great beds!), the bathroom is very big and nice as well. Our balcony was sooo nice too, directly at the beach overlooking the ocean and the islands. We had dinner, breakfast and a spa treatment and everything was exceptional, but the best thing was the massive spa, with many pools, some heated, many different saunas, a gym etc. Very nice, modern, relaxing and just a perfect match to our holiday needs!
