The hotel and staff were great. The hotel itself has a classic look and feel to it, which I like. Very spacious, comfortable rooms which are not that common for hotels in Tokyo. The location is great, right in the Hachioji center.

I arrived at 240pm; but receptionist refused to allow check in by insisting the policy for check in is at 3pm. IF the room is already ready, why stuck to the rules. Hotel in general is aging. I found large coffee stain on wall paper

Perfect location right next to north exit of JR Hachioji. Room is sizable since we reserved a corner room for 3 persons.

Friendly and kind staff, help to arrange to send our luggage to the subsequent room booking without us having to go through the trouble of check out and check in. Room is clean, comfortable bed, also provide toiletries. best of all, convenience location - hotel is very near to Hachiochi station just 3 mins away; and 5mins from Keio-Hachioji station, near to Celeo mall and easy accessible to food and restaurant. The bonus point is the Hello Kitty and Little Twin Stars decor at hotel level 2.

You can tell that it’s an older hotel, so the decorations and furniture are a bit dated.

Nice and clean hotel, kind staff. The decor was a nit outdated, but that was OK for us. Great restaurants on the top floor with a view of Hachioji which is great at night. Literally next to the train station which was perfect for our needs as we stayed there to hile Mount Takao (6 min train ride away).

A more extensive selection for breafast, for example, that the omelette chef could have also provided fried or poached options and that the additions to the omelette could have been more than just cheese.

The location was excellent within very easy walking distance of Hachioji JR Station. I had asked about parking but never received a reply to my email. In the end, this did not matter as we chose to use public transport, but it was disappointing. Breakfast was adequate, but not as extensive as we have enjoyed in Japan. Our room and facilities were clean and tidy. The only isdue was the residual washing powder smell in the bed linen.

There was no room service for food or other necessary things… for example, I needed scissors and the front desk asked me to come down to take it. That was a little odd.

it was near to the station and everything was at a walking distance. literally everything .. from mall to restaurants to convenient stores , supermarkets , etc. It is at the most convenient location.

Nice business hotel in Hachioji, next to the railway station. Spacious room with good beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent on-site restaurants (e.g. teppanyaki).

This is an excellent hotel for its location and service. The room is comfortable, but the facility is a little outdated. TV is way too small. Also, for this size of hotel, it is very disappointing that they don't have a fitness facility.
