Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TaiwanThe default setting of the air con is too warm and we found it hard to breathe inside, we spent some time setting it to the cool room to have a nice temperature inside.
The location is perfect, just a few mins walk from Sapporo station, next to Hokkaido university, and not too far from shopping districts. We love the onsen!

Well located near JR station. Well appointed room with super clean area and a bath inside the room. They have public bath, guests lounge and in-house self laundry. Well thought amenities inside the room and throughout the hotel.

Located a block from JR Sapporo station North exit West side. Near bus or coach stands. Some good places about. Has onsen. More quiet area compared to Susukino or Odori area. But perfect for our trip to Otaru, Jozankei onsen town and ice fishing as the pick up is from the train station or near the bus stop.

Excellent location just from JR Sapporo station North Exit West gate side. Bus and coach pick up and drop off here. Some onsen hotels have free shuttle pick ups here. Buffet breakfast is similar daily. Has fresh honey from combs. Great with toast. Some Hokkaido specialties. Luggage storage available. Has onsen. Dining area converted to guest lounge with free drinks from 3pm. Near Daimaru department store.
