WiFi on the 9th floor is sometimes not smooth, maybe because the room is farthest from the WiFi center

the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I think this is a good accommodation, because it's like new modern rooms, close to the station, close to Familymart. and there is a public bath(onsen) on the 2nd floor

The staff were all really nice and helpful, the location is very convenient (5 min walk from Hamamatsu station), there is a mall and seven/eleven close by, and the japanese-style breakfast was absolutely delicious! If I'd go to Hamamatsu again, I would consider staying here again.

There was a staff member who I forgot the name of but she spoke English and just kept smiling throughout everything and showing us things we had asked. In my opinion a true exemplary show of おもてなし.

This can't be improved unfortunately, but the bed was just under the window and it felt very uncomfortable to have the sun shining right on our faces in the morning, despite the curtain. As a result it was too hot in the room. There are not enough outlets in the room.

A new and modern hotel close to the train station, very convenient! There are a lot of restaurants and bus stops nearby. Everything was very clean and there is a small sento inside the hotel. The room was quite spacious and the bed was large.

The rooms were very hot so we needed to turn on the air con in winter. The bathroom was very small.

The location is excellent & the rooms were comfortable. Our twin room was bigger than our double room.

When the smoking room on my floor was used the entire hallway smelled of smoke. On some days it even creeped into my room.

Just stayed in this hotel for one night as we were making our way back to Tokyo from Osaka. They had private parking, free drinks and amenities on the lobby and the staff was very friendly, even with their little English they were helpful and had electronic translators. Bed was amazingly comfortable and hard, which we prefer. The room is a bit small but bigger than other rooms we stayed in in Japan. Altogether is good if you don’t have big bags. We would return.

For japanese standards the room was quite spacious and modern. The breakfast was typical japanese and it tasted good, for sure worth the extra price. The bed was comfortable. Also the location is perfect, right next to the JR station in the city center.
