Staff speak good English and are very helpful. Their service is still as good as before, which they are as good as other top grade hotels in Japan. The reasons why it is not expensive is I guess the rooms need renovation.

Great hotel. Clean room. Humidifier available. Many AC and USB chargers in the room. Convenient free shuttle bus service from the main train station - we use it everyday! Very convenient. Great service. Punctual. Breakfast is great. Variety of restaurants to choose from (may depend on availability). Buffet breakfast offers variety of foods including Japanese, Western, also drinks.

Hong Kong1. Very limited choices of fresh fruits for breakfast. 2. In terms of location, the area is quiet and we drove there by car from KIX airport in the late afternoon. Traffic was bad as it was rush hour and part of the freeway was closed due to maintenance. In the end, it took us much longer to get there.
1. We booked 2 twin rooms with balcony in the south wing - We all felt very comfortable with the door of the balcony open. We did not even need air conditioner at all. The view from the room is great! 2. We all enjoyed the breakfast buffet - great ocean view on 30th floor in the main building and the food was tasty and exquisite 3. We had our dinner in the hotel's Chinese restaurant on 28th floor. It was a peaceful environment though the taste of the food could have been slightly improved. 4. Bathroom, toilet are big and clean. Bed is comfortable. 5. Great value of money. 6. Lots of car park spaces on sites. We paid 800 yen car park fees for overnight stay.

This is an exceptional hotel that makes discovering Kobe and the region very comfortable. There is a free shuttle bus from the Shinkansen station and also from the city center. The prices are affordable, breakfast on the 30th floor is a must. Definitely recommended.

New ZealandAll the facilities like the gym, spa, laundry had extra cost, and it was very expensive. It was something like $5 to wash a pair of trousers and over $20 to use the gym. Never seen this at any hotels before.

FranceAt the lobby, we couldn't drink and eat. I understand not to stay there too long, and better to use the cafe when it is open, but when it closes, maybe it can be accepted to drink in the lobby?
The restaurants were super great. We enjoyed the Soco and Sushi shop very much. The staff were very kind and it was delicious! The bed was a bit hard but good. The shuttle bus was convenient to go to Sannomiya, but it takes more time than the train, I prefer to use the trains.
