The location is ideally suited, only 300 metes south of Kochi train station and next to the tram lines. The staff were exceptionally professional and hospitable (something you don't see from American or European hotel staff). The hotel room was spacious and comfortable to stay in. This is my second visit to this hotel and exceed the standards of my first stay, which was just as good. A bonus advantage: The check-in is 2:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am, i.e., both a hour earlier earlier and later than most hotel check-in/check-out times. I am not sure if this applies to all hotels in the Kochi area, but this is a major positive.

Very well located hotel, with a very comfortable room, especially for the price! I really recommend it to people visiting Kochi, as you have a quick access to the station. There is also a very nice shrine to visit in the evening just a few steps from the hotel!

The price of the time extension of the room was $20 par hour for my bed room which was written on the instruction book. However, i was told by the receptionist that it's $25... They could clean a bit better. I saw some dust on the kettle and stains in the bathroom etc. But in total, it was comfortable enough to stay.

Location is great, close to the train station and the CBD of Kochi. Easy to access Sunday market by walk etc...

Nothing in particular. Maybe to consider to allow guest a bento breakfast takeaway box so that we can catch early trains at the station.

Nice reception staff. In particular, a young Nishimori San, was enthusiastic and attentive to my need for reading light, etc... I am most grateful to him. I stayed 3nights. Hotel is very near to station, a 3min-5min walk.

We had no dislikes of the hotel

The location half a block from the railway station is super convenient. Only in Kochi passing through overnight. The rooms are a good size, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom super clean. We had a quick breakfast and coffee in the cafe before grabbing a taxi to the airport and it was perfect. We will stay here on our return to Japan.

Not foreigners friendly … they would not make a restaurant reservation for us even though they know we cannot speak Japanese. Also we extended our stay one more night and the price at the hotel was higher than in booking.com.

circumstances is very safety and calm. but, it is very convenient to go to the bus stop for the tourist ( katsuraga hama or highway bus).

Staff attitude was very professional. Room was good. i like different colors cups in the room. they prepared any face and skin moisturizer and cream that i need.

I believe this facility is not so new and I should not expect too much. Found some moldy spots in the bathroom and sink area, also very dusty area around sink. Disposable slippers were super thin and easily break but the other type of slippers were so slippery that me and my mother could almost fall with or without socks. Not our favorite part…

very close to the main station! 1 convenience store across the street and also another one on the same block. All the staff were super nice and helpful. Great for the value especially with breakfast included. Even the people at the restaurant was super friendly and nice. The meal was simple but really helpful to have at the hotel especially when you need to go for an optional tour and taking bus etc early in the morning.

I had no issues at all

Good sized room, bigger than expected. We had three people and had booked a room with two double beds, but the staff had a third bed put out for us. Was really nice of them! Bathtub was huge, and the room had a small outdoor garden. Really impressed with the quality of everything for the price. Great location as well.

Hotel was great. No issues.

Located nearby convenient stores and station. Parking was located onsite and across the street (overflow). Staff was very friendly. They spoke some English and tried to make the transaction smooth. We had no issues. Used the onsite paid laundry. Room was spacious.
