we stayed with my kids(2years and 6month). This hotel has big baby bath for diaper baby. it's really nice. and dressing room has 2 baby bed. so we can enjoy Onsen time with children. my kid enjoyed pool too.

Men onsens and outside baths are way worst compared to Women ones. Very crowdy, even during the weekdays.

Very local. Nice breakfast. Nice and big onsen facilities. Good variety of restaurants. Nice view. Service minded staffs. Even though they don’t speak English but they try using application to serve their best. Excellent system and process to serve lots of guests.

No in room shower facilities, bed was hard and air conditioner was ineffective. Nice facilities but overcrowded.

First of all, the hotel is about 1.2kms walk from the nearest train station. We arrived tired from carrying our luggage and just wanted to go to the room and take a shower. We were promptly told, ( via google translate, given that the staff did not speak English ) that no guests with tattoos were allowed in the public baths. We said no problem because we wanted to go to the room and take a shower and we asked if our room had a bath. The staff told us that our reservation was with a shared bath so we asked for a room with a bath and that we did not mind paying extra for the bath in the room. The staff agreed and charged us extra, to later find out when we arrived in the room that the room had just a toilet seat! not a bath! worst of all, me and my partner have visible tattoos and the staff said that that we were strictly forbidden to walk in any common areas in the hotel if any tattoo was showing. That means, our stay was inside a room, where the sheets, the walls and the shades had visible stains, the air conditioner had probably never been cleaned and was full of dust and grind, the tv cables were stripped and could easily cause electrocution. We did not even had a good night sleep given that the bed was very soft and we could hear every single car passing on the freeway ( the hotel is right next to one ). We advise all future guests to just take a good look around in the reception area, because if you just look up, you can clearly see just how filthy the hotel is and the care and attention they give to their guests and commodities.

I didn't felt well there. The Hotel is next to a very crowded highway. The bicycle parking was very unsecure. For "safe" bicycle parking I had to pay additional fee.

The carpet at the entrance lobby was a little dingy as I assume it’s pretty old and many people walk on it. But over all the hotel was nice.

The hotel has everything, indoor pool, onsen, restaurants, everything. It was super convenient. The staff is super nice and they even have rental swim suits as I did not have one on hand for the pool.

The room was small and cold despite turning off the air conditioner. The hotel is close to the main road so there is some car noise.
