ThailandThere is only 1 elevator. So, it is crowed in the morning and evening, during the check-in/check-out time. And you need to pay for parking.
The hotel is located in front of the train station, so it is very convenient if you travel by train. Room is large enough for 2 people. There are restaurants nearby but it is very quiet in the evening. You will need to walk around or drive to a further area. Breakfast is delicious!!! and the best thing is welcome drink and happy hour! Strawberry soft serve is very delicious!!!!

United StatesThe bath doesn’t open till 5pm. It would be better if it opened at 3 so it wouldn’t get so crowded at 5pm. The single elevator is small and very busy (I use the stairs, but some people wouldn’t care for that). There are only two clothes hangers in the room.
It’s a perfect location, just a minute from the train station and bus depot. Exceptional value for the money. Good, filling buffet breakfast included. There is a huge supermarket at the Aeon Mall just five minutes away. The bed includes a top sheet as well as a comforter, which is not too common and is very welcome. The stairs are open for use, unlike some hotels where they are only for emergency use.

United StatesOne small elevator for a ten-story hotel with about 100 rooms is not really enough, especially when people have lots of luggage. Also, the public baths do not have enough lockers. When I went there just after they opened at 5:00pm, all the lockers were already being used. It would be better if they opened from 3:00pm, I think.
Location is unbeatable, right next to train and bus stations, as well as the tourist information office. A very good buffet breakfast included in the price makes it a great bargain. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything I needed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again.

The position was really convenient, just next to the railway and bus station, perfect if you're planning your Mount Fuji hike like we did as the bus departs at the bus station next door. The staff was very welcoming and nice, they even let us change once we returned the next day from Mount Fuji climb before leaving town, free of charge. Breakfast was abundant, with good food variety. Overall a very good hotel.

It was central with easy access. A few minutes from Aeon Fujinomiya Mall which made it superb! The staff was friendly, kind and spoke excellent English - that is always a huge plus! Hotel has an onsen, and a beautiful view accessible by stairs outside. A variety of dishes for breakfast, something for everyone. I’ll definitely return especially if I need an affordable hotel at the last minute, again.
