We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainRight above the train track ( but not the Shinkansen line), but the windows seal very well. No bother.
The basic 'business' hotels in Japan are so similar from one chain to the next, differences can he hard to spot. The quality is consistent and amazing. This hotel had particularly good mattresses, superior buffet breakfast with proper coffee. It also offered a free evening drink (wine, beer, etc.) Post Office ATM (low fee) adjacent to the lobby.

JapanThe hotel staff members were just exceptional, extremely prepared and gentle. The hotel is very well organized, and they managed how to implement a buffet breakfast allowing people to keep physical distance and more or less enjoy at the fullest. The rooms are very nice and the beds extremely comfortable like a few I've ever experienced. The surroundings offer a good choice of restaurants, and they offer a discount for parking over night. It is a pity we could not stay longer and enjoy this relaxing stay, and also experience a few more of the many services offered. Hopefully we will visit again!
