Hong KongThe service was excellent and the staff went out of their way to assist us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Despite being an upmarket hotel, they were still very accommodating and welcoming of our toddler and there were extra amenities for her which were appreciated. The hotel is situated in the older part of Karuizawa and is within walking distance of many beautiful attractions and restaurants/cafes. The breakfast is also excellent.

1. Great location! Bus stop is literally right outside the hotel. Bus around Karuizawa tourist spots are outside. It is also literally at the entrance of the old Ginza street which has great snacks. If needed, the hotel can also drive 5 mins to the Karuizawa station where you can do all the shopping at the outlet. 2. Great staff. Very polite and very helpful 3. Good breakfast. 4. Comfortable bath area at basement.

ThailandThe breakfast is not variety. We stayed for 5 nights and the main course is exactly the same even the buffet is the same. We got bored of it so we ended up finding breakfast outside the hotel.
The place is nice. The staff is very nice. The room is quite big so its good for family with the kids. The location is far from the ski resort but they have a shuttle bus where you can catch and request time in advance so its quite good.

Singaporebook a twin room with tatami for 4pax. second night have to make our own tatami. small onsen and a Japanese family of 3 occupy the makeup place for ages. notices should be put to highlight consideration for other hotel users. this is not a place for coffee conversation. breakfast also very rigid only one main which perfectly fine but if your main is French toast you can’t order more eggs like sunny side up or poached. it’s extra cost. not worth paying the price of stayi

The hotel is quite a bit away from the station. the shuttle helped but we felt quite stranded . Staff were not very kind and not at all flexible with children. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families
